[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Software issue with Vivo V5

Dear Sir,
I bought my Vivo V5 on 12th February 2017 from Croma Centre at IGI Airport New Delhi at 3:00pm. And after few hours of landing in Mumbai at 9:00pm the software stopped working. Contacted Vivo and on 21st Feb. went to Vivo care at Lajpat Nagar got software updated. Requested them to change set but they said its fine.
Again after a week the mobile started giving trouble and restarted almost 30-40 times in a day. I complained but as I was travelling couldn't go to their centre and then on 17th it asked for software update and when I did it the mobile was blank with 3 options Reboot; Install package or Turn down. I went to Vivo care on 19th again they updated the software and all my existing data vanished. Still its asking for some software update which I am afraid to do and lose my data again.
The set has been providing problem since day one.

Dear sir in vivo phones visitor mode is a supeeerrr function but I fell very bad when I bought vivo v5 plus I thought I should buy only v5 because in v5 this function is work but not in v5plus please update this function

I have the problems on my vivo 1603. The phone software is not optimized.
It has no heads up notification to calls .no fullview recent apps.
And not supports other DPI s... I hope you will fix it in next update.
