Hi Ravi Sandhu z, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Connect your handset to Wi-Fi, then reboot your phone. Keep Wi-Fi and the screen on for about 15 minutes, then reboot again.

I updated my phone on 30/07/2018 and after that I can see an notification from vivo service that detected customized type exception on your phone, and I tried to block it and I reset my phone too but the notification is not going, I hope you to look into this matter.
