[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — to get details about a notification shown from vivo service

Address:Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

I updated my phone on 31/07/18 on that day from my phone showing me a notification came from vivo service

"detected customized type exception on the phone. The relevant communication future will be disable."

But can't open that and i tried restart too.. It's not working

I also attached the snapshot of the notification too.

Guide me too resolve the problem soon.

Hi Ravi Sandhu z, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Connect your handset to Wi-Fi, then reboot your phone. Keep Wi-Fi and the screen on for about 15 minutes, then reboot again.
Go to settings -> more settings -> applications -> all -> vivoservices -> storage -> clear data & clear cache

Its solved. But after restarting or Power off and on, the same problem is coming.

I updated my phone on 30/07/2018 and after that I can see an notification from vivo service that detected customized type exception on your phone, and I tried to block it and I reset my phone too but the notification is not going, I hope you to look into this matter.
