I was already logged in 10 minutes before the sale started just because of your incapable site engineers or should i say cunning marketers who are probably faking all this rs.1947 # i was automatically logged out just a minute or 2 before the sale was about to start and even after i tried to log in a 100 times your site would crash because of a " server error ".
Even when i was successfuly able to add the phone to the cart your wonderful websit would again log me out for atleast 10 minutes so that by no means i would be able to purchase the product.
Thanks for you wonderful service. No matter how many days are left youu people are not going to let anybody win that atleast give everyone a fair chance most of the times your site crash and it will again ask youu to sign up 100s of times even when you loggd in like a minute ago

And if you are able to add the product by a miracle you would never be able to by it just because the purchase button will not work

    Vivo india organized a sale that they will give some of their smartphones at 1947 rupees on 7th august to 9th august at 12 pm via flash sale. But when visit the website this website was unreachable and it open when the sale is over. This happens with most of the people. Even though my internet connection is very good then also i wasn't able to even open the website. Please look into this matter so that this type of marketing can be avoided

      Vivo has advertised about a flash sale from 7-9 august 2018. But this is a scam. They are not conducting any sale. As soon as anyone tries to buy the products, their site crashes. This is a cheap marketing gimmick and therefore i demand complete details of the sale from the company and strict action by authorities. This is a cheap chinese brand and fooling the customers. I recommend everyone to boycott the brand.

      YES this is FRAUD sale. I was able to add the product to Cart but cant do checkout. all the time got error. website crash, unable to sign in again.

      Yep i agree, I logged in their website 10 mins prior to the sale, was logged out couldn't re log in couldn't add nor check out any items,

      All part of a cheap scam by a fraud company.

But the order got canceled the next day due to cash on delivery... But the flash day instruction say that all payment modes are available.. And i successfully placed an order.. E freedom sale vivo nex pro 1947 offer) we are always found that page not found pop icon when i open the portal and u bought total 8vivo mobiles in my family now i'm not going believe you nd your offers and what you will do about my complaint.

                  I am using vivo v9 since 4 months
                  And there is so much hanging problem in this model. I am not satisfied from this phone, from my side this is totaly a waste of money
                  No camera quality
                  So much heating problem
                  Hanging problem

                  Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and if possible please change my phone and issue me new phone please sir

                      I would like to inform that i had purchased vivo v9 mobile recently. There had been an issue regarding non functioning of the headset/handsfree which was provided with the vivo v9 mobile. I approached the authorized vivo service centre which is located in tilak nagar, delhi. They informed that they have no headset available and they would inform me as they were available to them. Almost 10 days have gone they neither informed me nor they are picking up the call.

                      This is very pathetic service and casual approach being given by the service center to their valuable customers. If this is a general culture being adopted by vivo, i would like to prohibit every one before they purchase any article of vivo. My mobile phone no. Is [protected].

                        radio off problem

                        Plz get me solution how to resolve it

                        I am bangalore resident. I bought a 7+ last october with insurance. It slipped out of my pocked and display broke/splashed. I went to vivo authorized service center in hsr layout and they said that 7+ and 9 series phones display set are in shortage. Ordering a piece takes a weeks time which itself was a let down. Quite difficult to be without a handset for a week since all your data is in that phone and unable to access the resources. I called after 3 days to enquire if its available any early and i made a fool out of myself again. They claimed that its going to take another 7 days to get it. This is ridiculous and unaccepted. I am not going to the local repair shop and get it done but it will void the warranty and insurance will not be covered. I am totally not happy with this situation and repent why i bought this and could have gone with its competitor oppo.

                          vivo service notification

                          I updated my phone on 31/07/18 on that day from my phone showing me a notification came from vivo service

                          "detected customized type exception on the phone. The relevant communication future will be disable."

                          But can't open that and i tried restart too.. It's not working. I have tried every setting that i can see to resolve this problem but nothing is working.

                          Guide me too resolve the problem...

                          I have a 3 year old vivo v1
                          I stopped using it for a month or two
                          When i used my phone it was not in working condition
                          No sounds
                          No videos playing
                          Hanging
                          Phone taking more than 3 minutes to start
                          I rebooted and also reset it but it had no improvements
                          The battery is also quite dead
                          It's full battery does not last for even one hourly

                          I am really annoyed by this phone

                            i have vivo v9 mobie... its too good ... but while watching videos suddenly mobile turned into black screen... i cant able to power off or reboot and i can see the network tower signal and charge percentage in the top of the screen and once slide from the top i can see the notifications... the problem is i cant receiving any incoming calls and i can able to see missed calls in notification bar... i dont know what happened... can anyone help me to solve this problem...

                              Just wanna share my bad experience in vivo service center in (129, 130, e mall, madan street, chandini chowk, kolkata, west bengal 700072).

                              I went there at 1.45 p. M they said you need to take token so i did there were like 30 peoples were sitting at the same time i was waiting for my token number call as the lady was dealing in the reception she was taking something around 10 to 15 minutes to deal with one client (Very very slow) my token number was 67 i waited there more then 2 hours in the middle i just went to washroom just for 3 mint and soon as i came back i ask one of guy who was just siting next to me that did they call my token num he said yes so i just went to that lady name sofia ask her when my token called i was not there n told her that i went to washroom
                              She even not aware of my token and she said again you have to wait
                              Dont how may peoples are waiting there for so long

                              My vivo V5s is always showing notification o[censored]I not responding I guess this is because of new android upgraded version 7.0 noughat plz solve my problem I have not completed one year also by using this phone. Otherwise this phone is awesome this keeps on irritating me. It always keeps on hanging plz resolve the problem soon.

                                I purchased vivo v9 3months back performance was too good this is my first mobile in vivo brand i just love it compare to my previous mobile model but now i got a black line on display and some times finger print sensors not working properly i'm really upset now by mobile performance is it due to software or sensor problem kindly guide me wat to do.

                                I have perched vivo v9 last two month ago but operating is hang such like camera, gallery, whats app .etc..

                                  Full description: i have purchased vivo 7 plus from amazon online in march 2018, but now the phone showing reboot mode and unable to on, when i showed it in vivo service center they told me that it was liquid damaged so no warranty. All parts will replaced and the cost will borne by me. So i refused to give my phone to service center. The phone is only 3 months old and no single scratch is there but the service mentioned it that it was scratched. Kindly advise what to do.
