One more just cilck in buy price also same no difference between offer & normal price this kind of misbehaver with consumers...

I have purchased one vivo y53 mobile on 8/11/2017.
My mobile get autometically restarted for so many times.
I have complained this matter at customer care for many times.
but the same problem cant be solved till now. i have giving you all the relevant documents for proove.
Please do the needful so that i can stay believe on VIVO ....

I would like to inform that i had purchased vivo v9 mobile recently. There had been an issue regarding non functioning of the headset/handsfree which was provided with the vivo v9 mobile. I approached the authorized vivo service centre which is located in tilak nagar, delhi. They informed that they have no headset available and they would inform me as they were available to them. I am bangalore resident. I bought a 7+ last october with insurance. It slipped out of my pocked and display broke/splashed. I updated my phone on 31/07/18 on that day from my phone showing me a notification came from vivo service

"detected customized type exception on the phone. The relevant communication future will be disable."

But can't open that and i tried restart too.. It's not working. I have tried every setting that i can see to resolve this problem but nothing is working.

Guide me too resolve the problem...

I have a 3 year old vivo v1
I stopped using it for a month or two
When i used my phone it was not in working condition
No sounds
No videos playing
Hanging
Phone taking more than 3 minutes to start
I rebooted and also reset it but it had no improvements
The battery is also quite dead
It's full battery does not last for even one hourly

I am really annoyed by this...

Not getting notifications, even after enabling ‘Show Notification’

I have enabled show notifications
Refreshed the page also many times
But still I am not receiving any notifications
My phone vibrates on incoming notifications
But I can't see and notifications
I have to open all my apps one by one to see in which app notification has arrived...

I bought Vivo V7 in March 2018

I am facing issue in call connectivity..Many time call disconnect between the call..

i raised this issue to Airtel First..i do all thing as they tell me even i replace the sim card with new one but problem not solved

even i also changed the sim card slot one to two
