Just wanna share my bad experience in vivo service center in (129, 130, e mall, madan street, chandini chowk, kolkata, west bengal 700072).
I went there at 1.45 p. M they said you need to take token so i did there were like 30 peoples were sitting at the same time i was waiting for my token number call as the lady was dealing in the reception she was taking something around 10 to 15 minutes to deal with one client (Very very slow) my token number was 67 i waited there more then 2 hours in the middle i just went to washroom just for 3 mint and soon as i came back i ask one of guy who was just siting next to me that did they call my token num he said yes so i just went to that lady name sofia ask her when my token called i was not there n told her that i went to washroom
She even not aware of my token and she said again you have to wait
Dont how may peoples are waiting there for so long
