Hello members,
I logged (Username: [protected]@hotmail.com) in into my account prior to 11:30 i. E. Before 30 minutes prior to flash sale time and i never logged out till the flash sale. When the flash sale started at 12 pm i added to phones in my cart @ rs.1947/- i. E. Vivo nex and vivo v9 and thereafter i proceeded for next page so that to complete the purchase but when i clicked on checkout button, then the server started asking logging again or when i tried to logged in again then it says server error and till 12:10 minutes, the cart shows both products but i could not able to logged in again and then the time lapses.
My complaint firstly is that why i was logged out by the server when i not logged out own my on and why the vivo store website does not allowing me to logged in, when the other pages of online store are opening, as such all these depicts that the vivo is just increasing their products trp and nothing else.
This action of the vivo mobile india is disgraceful and requires to be by taking appropriate legal action in accordance with law for such deceptive and fake flash sales.
