Vivo Mobile India — Green Line & Pink Line in Vivo X60 Pro on Update
I hbe bought my Vivo X60 Pro Mobile Phone about 6 Months ago with good condition and its resell mobile with good Warrenty until warrenty expired about 4 months ago. My Trust and infact Trust of most Vivo Customers are in dilemma. Flagship Models having Amoled Screens are facing the similar issues on daily basis. The software is not optimised according to hardware and they ride on it using OTP updates. Probably the particular lot of models produced during[protected] are facing the similar issues rampantly. The Vivo X60 Pro has gone into turmoil with ugly pink line and green line on 30 Aug 2023.
I have visited Vivo Service Centre, but they refused to do it. What is the guarantee that even after replacement the screen will not get the same issue. Should I urge for complete refund or wait for the promised resolution once the parts arrived as promised in coming 3-4 days. It is quite disgusting and mentally harassing for any customer who invests for atleast 4-5 years.
The condition of the phone is as new as it was when purchased. By the time the line is single pink amd single green. Please expedite remediation so that we customers are not mentally harassed.
