When I called vivo customer care, they asked me to call only after 3 days, and they only falsely promised a refund, saying they would process the refund later.
On October 15, the Vivo customer service representative told me, "Sir, I have already started processing your refund. Call me in twenty-four hours and you'll get your reference number." "When I called, they were unable to provide me with a refund reference number. I mailed the message but there was no response.
I have all the call recordings of the call conversation.
Every day, they make false promises in some form or the other. I told them many times that I get paid interest by one person. I don't have money and I can't pay.
You're only holding my money for the interest rate of income.
I humbly request that Vivo customer service please process my refund and provide me with the refund reference number in this consumer form message box.
Don't tell me, please contact Vivo by social media, mail or call. All are ready to make false promises.
