Vivo Mobile India — Vivo money not refunded

My vivo t2 pro cancelled on 20 October 2023.they told to wait till 10working days.but they mail there is a technical issue in payment account .so give us new account.so I sent a new account.but now they told to wait for 7days .now 10 days completed .they don't give refund reference id and not gave my refund.

I mail many times to team but they always told to wait for 3-7days and also don't gave me a refund reference id . please solve this problem . I face many difficulty because of money not refunded.
