This complaint bring kind notice you that, i purchased vivo nex mobile on july 30th 2018, after 2months of period accidentally my mobile was fallen down nd my mobile display is cracked a small bit left side down half inch, after that i went to my nearest vivo care nd i requested to change display, because i hav 6months accidental screen replacement offer, the vivo care executor told me that their is no screen replacement available due to unavailable of stock, so we replace a mobile with new one, then i submitted my old device to them after 10days of period i got a call from vivo care to pick up my new device, i picked up nd i'm used the mobile, after one day o[censored]sing then the problem started its working not correctly as like my old device worked before, i think the vivo care replaced a repaired mobiles which has already used by some of other customer, this is very disgusting, this is not a good way to treat a customer, plz do me the right justice..!
