Hi

I have bought vivo nex i think i'm the first customer in that shop purchased the mobile due to trust of vivo brand but everything messed up. I'm facing a problem with whatsapp video call, the front camera is not working i mean not popping up, due to this problem professionaly i'm facing lot of problems and frustrated and this is the second time i'm registering the complaint still now no one called me i have vivo v9 previously after that i moved to vivo nex and i have refered my friends to go vivo even i'm thing to buy the latest v15pro but after this problem i'm thinking to move for another brand, very bad experience with vivo now i want to solve this issue asap.
