[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Vivo service center

Dear sir,
My self moorthy,
I was purchased new mobile vivo v 15pro at supreme mobiles, hosur on date 26.08.2019, my mobile display not worked blinking and offed the display but we are not fell down the mobile in ground and no damages in the screen,

Then today (26.08.2020) i requested to vivo customer care team through vivo chat regarding today (26.08.2020) my warranty is closed so please extend the warranty in after one day due to my display not worked and bus facility not available and lockdown of covid'19, they told we will forward your message to our management, after that i got fear and confused about the closing of the warranty date,

After chat with customer care, vivo service center person (Krishnagiri districts) called to me he told please come to center before 12 'o' clock at 11 am present time after getting permission with my company at 12 pm then i confused and fearly traveled from hosur to krishnagiri by two wheeler around 50 km by pass highway (Asian high way) for vivo authorized dealer visit work purpose, it is a dangerous high i crossed 35 mints due to warranty will not given after 12pm and reached the store at 12:35pm,

They checked my mobile and told it is display got broken coolly but i ask to them no scratch in display and i not fell down the mobile in ground and also no marks how it is happen, the will not give any response and negligently told we will change the screen or not, then i told to him change the display and i will be speak with customer care department not to you and i paid the rs.6300/- for display cost,

Please i need the solution and judgement for in this regards and refund my paid amount,

i have a mobil of vivo company and when the mobil display went damage went to customer care then he said tjthat it has been water two custmer came before me also said that water has been poured your custmer care small part for free.when it is display thay say that there is water.there is no gurantee of your mobil and you are selling mobil by lying.i am also getting out its news paper.so that people can avoid the lying company.
