I have purchased vivo v15 pro on 15th july 2019. The phone is good, but the quality is not upto to the mark than i expected. On 7th august 2019, suddenly i could not see the phones display and it came as blank, but everything looks fine, that is, i can get the calls, messages, but cannot see the disaplay as it was not working. I took my phone to the vivo service center near me in bangalore, they said that internal display got damaged?? I do not know how the internal screen damaged for a brand new phone less than 30 days??? Everything looks fine including touch screen not even a single scratch/crack on the phone screen??? Since i had some emergency i had got the internal display replaced by the vivo service center guys. They gave me a bill of 6295.
Now the actual concern is, first of all i generally do not buy costly phones, but i bought based in the camera config and trusted vivo's quality. I had bought this phone for 26990 (Hope you understand that is not small amount and hard earned money) the phone is good, i had to spent extra 6295 for the display replacement total of 33285 rs including (Phone cost + display replacement)?? Common, not sure if i have got the faulty piece and had to face trauma??
My pain point is, why should i bear the internal display damage though i did not do any harm to the phone??? Once you share email id, i will send my phone invoice and vivo service center guys invoice..
I need justice on this please.
