I have bought vivo v15 pro mobile @ monika mobile world valasaravakkam chennai on[protected]. I am not interested to buy this mobile but ur sales person pushed me to buy this phone. Last 4months i have complaint that battery worst & hanging, battery is draining fast and it is over heating, many problems facing. But now in 3-4 hours it drains completely. I am in busy schedule unable to give service managed. Today visited service centre in t nagar by 5.04pm waited for 40min met one agent at 5.44pm given complaint she says now we r in closing time already 15 mobiles in hand today not possible to delivery u will get mobile by tomorrow after 11am we will update software & give to u. But during the time of sales vivo promoter says u will get service within 30min. Why you people giving wrong commitments to customers. You people just concentrate on the sales but not on servicing. The sale of mobile is high.. I would suggest none of my friends and family buy a vivo mobile. Want a response how to sort out or replacement of the phone as i am not happy by paying such huge amount i get a phone which has issues. I need response from vivo team or i look in to consumer court.
