[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Vivo v21 5g 128gb / missing accessories

I received the this product on 24th July 2021. When I opened the package the earphones were missing and I immediately sent an email to vivo team also chat support team, till date I have got resolution and also vivo declined to return this phone and refund my money which is costing 30k INR. Now I want my money back wnd please take this phone back. Pathetic service.

I have dropped more than 50 email to your vivo customer service and E-support team. But they are not willing to help me and I see there is not seriousness in their job role.

I said my when I receive this phone (earphones and lightning cable was missing) and nobody is trying to understand and help me with this.
