[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Vivo V23 e Phone Blasted

Respected Concerned department,

My name is Rahul and I reside in Kharkhari nahar Najafgarh New Delhi 43.
I purchased one VIVO V23 E smart phone on 16/04/2022 on EMI.

About the incident :-
On 14th may 2022 I was at my home and at midnight around 1 AM i was using my phone and was not on charging, but suddenly it started getting so much heated and after that I noticed some fumes coming out from my phone and suddenly it got BLASTED.
My father was sleeping just beside me and when the blast happened my hand got burned and my whole family and neighbours got scared after listening to that blast.
I bought this phone last month ( date of purchase mentioned above).
VIVO what kind of service you are providing. A new phone worth Rs 25000 got blasted in my hand, got burned and with the grace of god my 55 year old father doesn't get any harm.
I want a NEW PHONE in place of this and a whole explanation is needed for this incident.
Also I need the claim as i got suffered from burns. Either the company would give a claim for this or Is this the value you provide to your customer? I also have a son who is only 6 months old. If by chance in place of my father my son was sleeping the result would have been catastrophic.
After mailing the vivo company
On Wednesday (18/05/2022)
I got a call from Tilak nagar vivo service centre and they asked me to visit the centre for further processing of my phone which got blasted 4 days ago.
I visited the centre at 3 pm with my elder brother and met with MR.PRAMOD who is I guess the incharge for that service centre.

I explained to him every scenario of the incident, shown all the original accessories (original charger, charging cable, earphones with bill & box).
Also showed my hand which got burned at that time.
After all these formalities he told us that he will issue us a new phone and asked us to wait until the new phone arrives.
We agreed soo peacefully as in the end we only wanted our phone, he provided us one job sheet in which it was quoted that the phone is not getting ON and doesn't have any other issues.
I had attached a picture of that job sheet which has a trusted stamp of the service centre.
We asked him to make this statement correct as the phone has got destroyed so there is no existence of anything about the words they quoted "no other issues".
He quoted Scratch in handset in the appearance section of that job sheet. I asked him why has he written scratches, as whole phone got destroyed. What is the meaning of writing scratch on it, there is a vast difference between a phone getting scratches and a phone getting blasted.
We asked him numerous times to please quote the original issue about the phone but he continually denied by saying that my technical team is not allowing me to quote that.
I asked him to return my phone and after that i came home.
Does the vivo technical team exist here to fool the customers?
I am holding a pathetic experience after buying a smartphone from vivo for an amount of Rs 25000 and this is the experience/service this renowned company shared with us.
Why was I bothered today? Do any of the authorities from vivo company have any answer about that?
We people don't even belong to a rich family so as if we could ignore this loss.
If a person trusts/buys a product of a particular brand then it is the duty of that brand to give the best experience till the day i am using it. But your phone got blasted within a month in spite of recovery. The whole technical team including whole staff of that vivo service centre was trying to lie only.
I want each and every single penny spent due to this incident. I was not able to attend my office for 2 days, even today I took a half day to visit the service centre. There is only one fault in this whole incident which is that I chose the Vivo smartphone.
If anybody wants to confirm this whole day's gestures you can go through the Tilak nagar vivo service centre CCTV phottages and cross verify that whole situation.
My right hand got burned and i am a right hander only due to which i am facing problems in my daily livelihood activities, is vivo company going to provide me a made to help me, probably NOT.
And what will be done after i recover from this burn and if it still gives me some marks.
Each and every thing should be recovered, not only the phone now, you people have troubleed us so much. From today I am not going to visit any of your service centres because you people don't have any solution there and even also why should i come my phone has got damaged, my hand has got burned for what work you have kept these different departments.
I don't know who will take action but if this whole incident is a joke for the vivo company.
You people think that people are fools nowadays and you will quote anything in your paperwork. We people are just not rich but we are literate.
If this whole company has this work order just reply to me with whatever the action you can take and if not then i will go to each and every court of Delhi to recover my losses.

Today i have got a call from Mr Abhishek and he told me that sorry sir we can't quote what you are saying as company's respect is on stake and if we quote this this will degrade our services.
