[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — vivo v9 / subject - fingerprint and face unlock doesn't work properly

Fingerprint and face unlock didnt work properly after i update my phone. 3 out of 10 time finger print work and 1 out of 10 times face unlock work. Please fix this problem by a update as much as possible.
I feel very bad by this problem. This makes my phone very poor. Before update my phones fingerprint and face unlock work properly but now doesnt work properly
