Dear Team,
I have purchased a vivo X60 handset on 20.08.2021, now after 10 months mobile display blink sometimes and I visited service center for the issue, person who attended me, she said there is issue in software updation, so you have to submit your phone for updation, and also engineer checked the phone 2 3 time for broken and any damages but handset was perfectly fine, now they said handset is band...
And ask for the amount, if there is band in phone then why they did not tell me w time when I visited after engineer checked the phone..
It means vivo is not hire the right engineer, may be they band my phone during the Servicing...
I'll go with legal procedure.
I advise to everyone to do not purchasing Vivo mobiles...
I'll raised this complaint on news paper and social media.
I'm using Samsung handset from last 12 years and I never facing any issue...
