I have bought vivo x50 pro and the warrenty was expired on 01/02/2022. the phone performed really well till march 2023. But after i recieve a software update pop up, i have updated the software and one day after the update all of a sudden a green line came on one side of the screen from top to bottom. Iam damn sure that green line came when iam watching a video in the mobile. so iam confident that this is not at all a hardware issue. so i visited service center and explained the same to the executive. he said that there is scratches on the phone and it might be a physical damage. I explained and even i agreed that to pay the amount if it is a physical damage or water damage. Then he replied me to come on other day. After that again i visited but still they are saying the same answer. Now there has been another two lines appeared. I request vivo india to respond and solve the issue.
i assure if it is a water damage or physical damage i will bear the cost but please but kindly prove that to me . Iam saying this because iam damn confident that the line appeared when the mobile is in my hand and iam watching the video.
