Dear Sir,

I have Purchased vivo mobile phone in the month of October 25th 2012, with a cost of 17, 500/- they have mentioned on invoice stating 1500/- cash back will get credited with in 90 days, but amount has not credited yet, it’s almost 8 months has passed away, even contacted vivo customer care also but no use, so please requesting you to file a complaint against vivo company and please do needful sir.

    Green line issue on my vivo x70 pro

    I have been using vivo x60 pro for the last 1 year and 5 months but after the june 2023 update while scrolling, suddenly one green line appears. I got a green line appear on the display from top to bottom.

    I have contacted vivo service center vile parle west mumbai, but they denied to take a service and also they are asking an 13000 rupees amount for the display change. My mobile has not any physical damage and it has as like a new device this issue will be appear after the software update. This is absolutely vivo fault but there is no point in asking the customer to pay the amount for display. So kindly take an action and change my display as soon as possible.

    My phone is not under a warranty, but i have the bill.
    Why do i pay for screen replacement because of a mobile update?

    If trust is broken then it's difficult for us consumers to rebuild again. This happened after a system update and i want vivo to replace it free of cost as they are liable for this big mess.

      Hello Sir,
      I have vivo premium segment x series mobile vivo x60 pro plus. After an software update from vivo i got green line in my mobile display before update my mobile working fine but after update i got green line in my display. I twit the vivo mobile company but no any solution from the company. So many customer are facing same problem after update but vivo have no solution. My mobile condition is almost new with no any dent on my mobile still i have facing this problem plzzz do something for our solution thanks...

      Clearly they done intentionally to sell their parts i am facing same issue
      Same here software updates are incompatible which the company is not checking and just looting customers

          I have been using Vivo X70 pro for 1.5 years and on May I did a software update as recommended by the phone and after that a green line appeared on screen from top to bottom. There is no physical damage or liquid damage to the phone. I have visited Vivo service centres. They said that the issue is with the software updation and have to replace the display. I was asked to pay 13000 for replacing the display. I denied the payment. Because this make no sense to me; the phone display got affected by their software issue and now they are asking 13000 from me to resolve it, this is not at all acceptable.

          I have purchased the Vivo X70 Pro with high expectations for its performance and reliability. However, the recent software update has proven to be a substantial disappointment.Moreover, this display issue has been causing significant eye strain and frequent headaches, negatively impacting my daily activities and overall well-being.

            Just after an year of buying this phone, I am facing problem of bright green lines. I had contacted the Vivo service care, but they had charged me a large amount for fixing the green lines. I have no physical or water damage to my phone. It's been 2 years now but my problem is not resolved yet. Matter of fact these lines have increased from 1 to 3! I request Vivo India to resolve this issue.

                I bought Vivo X60 Pro on 04/08/2021 and today (15/06/2023) a green line appeared on my display and I reached out to service centre to know that the display itself should be changed and costs more than 9, 000 rupees. I tried explaining them that after software update this issue came up and how am I liable to pay for something that's suggested from manufacturer side and it costed me my display?. Kindly consider my request for a free of cost or discounted replacement as I've already bought the device on EMI and with hard earned money. This additional expense to my pocket will not only affect my life but also my mental peace.

                  Recently there was some software update due to which I can see my Vivo X60 mobile phone had green line on display screen. After analysis, I could see the same issue is being notified by many users in recent times. So, I went to Vivo service center to get it fixed but I was informed that since my phone has physical damage, I have to pay around 9.5 k to replace the screen. My question is that the issue was caused by software update which was done from the company then why should I pay for the same? If it was caused by the phone damage which happened around 2 years ago then I would have accepted it. This is totally unacceptable at all. Without this software update, this green line issue would have not occurred in my phone.
                  Please resolve this issue at the earliest as I expect a better customer experience after paying around 40k for your product.

                      Aur vivo ke site par refund complete show kar raha hai.
                      Customer care se bat karne par bolte hain main refund kar diya hu aap bank se bat kijiye, sir main bank se bina koi proof ke kaise cbat kar sakte hain. Aur wo 7 days ka time diye the jo aaj 10 days+ ho gaya hai main kaya kru mera paisa wapas kaise aayega please.

                        When I woke Up yesterday morning I Got to see a Green line on the screen of my Vivo X60 I was so shocked and upset seeing this all of a sudden because there is no scratches no Dent or any kind of physical Damage on my phone. I thought It may be cause of any software update or any technical problem from there side So i visited the vivo service center and after waiting for my number when I was called the engineer there seeing my phone told me for screen Replacement I tried to explain him but he wasn't there for any other resolution.

                        I'm a student & after so many thoughts, I bought My phone 1.5 years back for 35000 with my trust on Vivo.
                        I Believe, they may resolve my concern ASAP.

                          I had purchased a Vivo x60 phone on October 2021. However, post the recent Android updates, green lines are appearing on the screen (photo attached). When I visited the service centre, they have said that since there is a small dent on the phone, they would not be able to replace it for free and would require payment. However, this is an issue due to update and not due to any damage. The same issue has been reported across all X series of Vivo post their recent update. There is no way to prove that the dent is the cause of the green lines, especially because the dent and the green lines are on opposite sides of the frame. The job sheet has been attached. A quick check on Twitter would show that this issue is very common, and hence the screen needs to be replaced for free as the issue was due to the software update provided by Vivo only.

                              I have been using Vivo X60 pro plus around 1.5 year. Few days ago A green vertical line appeared on my phone's screen after updating the software. There no service centre in my city so I went 140 kilometres far away from home to Vivo service centre. I expressed my issue to them but they refused to accept that the software update issue. They said "software update has nothing to do this problem. They didn't even touched my phone and said you have to replace the display and it will cost you 12, 800 rupees. I heard a lot of Vivo user has same problem after software update. Vivo You have to fix my problem for free of cost. I want justice.

Today 12th Feb, I visited the local vivo service Centre ( Trivandrum ) - they also confirmed that the issue is with a software update & advised me to pay RS: 9300/- to replace the display. I told them that the problem is because of the software update provided by the company, so I am not ready to pay the amount. Then they checked & informs me that the company is replacing the display only on the phones with no physical damage. See my phone is 1.5 years old so there is a scratch in the back & no damage to the front glass. Highlighting this damage they are not willing to replace the display. This makes no sense to me. The phone display got affected by their software issue & now they are asking RS: 9300 from my side to resolve this issue. What crap it is ?? Even if there is any physical damage they are responsible to replace the display because the issue started from their software update. I bought this phone for RS: 35000 & after 1.5 years they are asking for RS: 9300/ again for the issue from their side??? This is not all acceptable.

                                    After recent software update I've got green lines on my phone started with one line now i have 2, upon checking their twitter account i found many are having the same issue, I want screen to be replaced or revert back to old self without loosing any data's as i have many confidential data's that can't be migrated
