Hi Team Vivo,
I have purchased Vivo X60 on August 2021 and it was working just fine till 30th July 2023. On the same day, I received a new software update notification and as usual I installed it. Just after installing the software, a green line suddenly appears on the screen and it's not going even after rebooting.
I contacted Vivo customer care and they suggested to visit service centre. So, I visited nearest Vivo service center and they tried downgrading the software but still it is not working. Hence they suggested to change the display which will cost around Rs. 9.3k.
My phone is completely fine with no physical damage and previously I didn't face any issue with it. Only after this software update (provided by company) such problems are showing.
I am very annoyed with this. Even after buying flagship phones at such costly price, I have to pay for the screen replacement even if it is not my fault. In this way, you will be losing your valuable customers. Being a Vivo customer for the first time, I haven't expected this from a reputed company like yours. This is really not acceptable.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Looking forward for your support in this, Team Vivo.
