Vivo Mobile India — Vivo X60

I have purchased Vivo X60 on December 2021, recently after a system update i noticed green line appears on my x60 display screen, vivo service centers are asking me to pay approx 12000rs to change the display. But after purchasing it at a cost of 34000, within 1 year 5 months if i am asked to pay again Rs 12000 then its completely unfair and this is not expected from a flagship brand. If trust is broken then its difficult for us the consumers to rebuild again. This happened after a system update and i want Vivo to replace it free of cost as they are liable for this big mess.
