Hi, Myself Dipayan Sur, I have purchased Vivo X60 on December 2021, recently after a system update i noticed green line appears on my x60 display screen, vivo service centers are asking me to pay approx 12000rs to change the display. But after purchasing it at a cost of 34000, within 1 year 5 months if i am asked to pay again Rs 12000 then its completely unfair and this is not expected from a flagship brand. If trust is broken then its difficult for us the consumers to rebuild again. This happened after a system update and i want Vivo to replace it free of cost as they are liable for this big mess. Hi, screen display was replaced by Vivo that time and it was resolved. Again that issue re-appeared, now tell me what to do? How many times i should change the display? Better you replace the phone to avoid any further issue. This is really disappointing from brand like Vivo.
