Green Line suddenly appeared on Vivo X60 after a software update. Went to service center and they are speaking nonsense that there is a small bend on the display which is not even visible with naked eye, just to prevent giving a free display to a damage less body. They also know that the green line occurred due to software update but are asking me to pay for the display. Why do I have to pay for your mistakes? It's a humble request for Vivo to look into this matter because if you can't makeup for your mistakes you will never reach to the levels of OnePlus or Samsung +1 photos Was this information helpful?
