Recently there was some software update due to which I can see my Vivo X60 mobile phone had green line on display screen. After analysis, I could see the same issue is being notified by many users in recent times. So, I went to Vivo service center to get it fixed but I was informed that since my phone has physical damage, I have to pay around 9.5 k to replace the screen. My question is that the issue was caused by software update which was done from the company then why should I pay for the same? If it was caused by the phone damage which happened around 2 years ago then I would have accepted it. This is totally unacceptable at all. Without this software update, this green line issue would have not occurred in my phone.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest as I expect a better customer experience after paying around 40k for your product.
