Green line appeared on display of Vivo X60 after a software update. Went to the service centre, they are saying nonsense that my device has a bend on the display and which is not even visible to naked eye and tagged my device for having "Physical damage" just to not give a free screen replacement. They know that the green line is because of the software update but are still asking me to pay for the screen. Why do I have to pay for your mistakes? I mean to use my phone properly I have to pay another 7k rupees that too without any fault of mine. This is just ridiculous. I am seriously disappointed in vivo and considering how they're handling this issue by denying their customers of their rights is just triggering. If you want your customers to have better feedback and choose vivo again you need to look into this issue seriously and provide us with free replacements
