Unhappy with my recent Vivo software update, as it caused a green line on the display from top to bottom! @Vivo_India, I visited your service center, and they asked for a whopping 12, 000 INR to replace the display due to the software glitch! This isn’t my fault; your update caused the problem. My phone is just 1.5 years old, and they refuse to replace it due to minor scratches on my phone. Seriously? Please help!#VivoIndia #SoftwareUpdateIssue #CustomerServiceFail
