I purchased a vivo y15 mobile on 31.07.19 for my spouse at poorvika showroom moulivakkam branch chennai. I went to purchase samsung model but the sales person misguided me to purchase vivo mobile stating it's good. I also sailed through the words and purchased vivo y15 mobile. From last week observed that the video call quality and charging is not up to the mark. Yesterday (11.07.19) around 9pm i went to the showroom and complaint the same. At the time of purchasing sales person told that any issues with the mobile within a month will be replaced. But yesterday the behavior of staff and supervisor is totally arrogant and they started abusing me that i'm behaving cheap. They further added me to visit service center.
I doubt that the revenue they earn more in vivo mobiles than others and hence misguiding the customers to purchase it. Complaints thereon should be dealt by customer directly.
