I am preet Kaur purchased a vivo Y50 pearl white 8G +128G mobile on[protected]. Imei no.is [protected].
Today[protected] suddenly sound stop transmiting from headset.
As company commited to give 6 month warranty on head set . I visit vivo care office in sirsa vigour mobile india limited gst no 06AAECV8760D1Z8 . but they refused to repair or change this headset with silly reason that dust particles are on headset with delivery receipt no MWINHR[protected]. But in real there is no such dust.
