[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Vivo Y50 pearl white 8G +128G headset warranty refused

Dear team
I am preet Kaur purchased a vivo Y50 pearl white 8G +128G mobile on[protected]. Imei no.is [protected].

Today[protected] suddenly sound stop transmiting from headset.
As company commited to give 6 month warranty on head set . I visit vivo care office in sirsa vigour mobile india limited gst no 06AAECV8760D1Z8 . but they refused to repair or change this headset with silly reason that dust particles are on headset with delivery receipt no MWINHR[protected]. But in real there is no such dust.

I am attaching the snaps of headset with close up and whole image both.

Ok means sir bato me resolve karoge vivo walo . App change nahi kar k doge earphones . American ya London k environment k liye banaye hain kya earphone . Indian environment jab he hi dusty too earphone use karne k liye glass chamber lagaye. Very disappointed from after sale service from vivo mobile
