I have buy vivo v9 youth 3 months ago ans after 1 month its earphone sound of one side didnt work. When i go to service center they say it didnt replaced because its not totally damaged what you are trying to do. Replace my earphone beacuse its only 3 months. Invested 18000 rs. On this phone and didnt satisfied with your accessories. Please contact me on my email id or my mobile no. [protected]. I want to replace my earphone because its in gurrantee period. Please take action as earlier as possible.

Before submitted my phone is very well only folder change purpose I have submitted .I have also requested softwere update.
I have received my phone in not working condition.
