I am still waiting for either right support to be provided or my money (20k) to be refunded.
As far as yoru DM messages are concerned. I don't see any DM. Can you please where you sent those DM, my registrered e-mail, whats app, text message... where...?????
And why any DM message is required, please update me here only and let the whole world know that how Vivo India team is providing support to deemed customers. No need to play hide and seek.
Also I always welcome if someone from leadershipt team can call and just talk to me first.
Still awaiting for the ethics based response from Vivo team.
