Unable to open Netflix when I click on the icon a window appears and disappears in a flash. I have to delete and reinstall the app everytime. This is happening after the recent update.

Hi,
On 5th of October I purchased vivo y71 mobile from nearby centre n immediately after a weak the speakers are not working. I cannot hear any call without putting either earplugs or putting them on speaker. It keep hanging like anything. Such a bad quality of phone I am experiencing.
