vivo mobile smart phones charging issues. — vivo x5max charging issues.

I purchased a vivo mobile x5max on 9th April. I have been experiencing problems with charging it.I went to the service centre thrice but it seems that they are not able to solve the problem, .Plus they were uncooperative too.I mailed the executive team, no response. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the service.vivo smartphone has very bad service.
