My phone is vivo v15. It is not charging from may 15. It is lock down period. So i consult the vivo service center on june first weak after lock down. They said the pin board is problem. The stock is not available and we ordered. They saying from two and half months. But they are saying same thing. The service center is in anantapur in andhra pradesh. They are not answered to my call. Please take this complaint and solve my problem.
