[Resolved] Viz Technology — Against me legal notice please resolve issue. | |||||
I am a student and i just registered for this company because i wanted to earn a little money to help my parents during lockdown and only after accepting the confirmation call i found out it was fraud. I contacted them to cancel the contract and they messaged me back but mobile number switch off and are asking for 6700rs as a cancellation fee. I'm scared that they will threaten to serve me with a legal notice since there is an agreement even though it doesn't have my signature on it. Two days before on 11 Aug 2020 I also applied for data entry work in company named NAT ENTERPRISE, located at 109 Shavion
Society, Dhamlej Veraval Road, Gujarat. The helpline number provided are the same as the company mentioned in previous complaint against Viz Technology. They asked me to complete 1200 forms in 8 days with 90% accuracy. If 1080 forms are correct they will pay me 23000 after deduction of 6700 registration fees from total amount of 30000. Till now I've completed more than half of my work and haven't received any calls or notice by company threatening me. But after seeing these complaint I'm bit scared. Kindly help me with that. I do this job to earn some money to help my parents financially but if they demand money I'm unable to give. Kindly help me
