Requesting for refund

I m requesting for the refund, the reason is that I m not taking up the service due to family emergency issues. I have paid only token amount for the service 4000k and have not taken the service yet. So kindly requesting you for a refund.
As I have not started the process and not paid the full amount. I think my reason is valid to claim the refund....

Hello,
I am arti from gurgaon Palam Vihar.I had submitted 1000 rupees advance for prty makeup but now I dont want my makeup by VLCC .I visited VLCC Palam vihar Gurgaon franchises to RK Enterprises.There was Shweta and dr Rupali whom I talked to but they are not ready to return my money and i cheked the bill these is no clause that money cannot be refunded.They were very rude.Had a very bad exp will never come agn and will share experince with my all friends and will recommend not to take any service from VLCC.
I want me monwy back otherwise will ho to consumer forum for the same.

    I had taken laser treatment from Kandivali branch and 3 sessions the machine was not available later the doctor was not there one whole year went in it and later the lockdown started most of the time they say appointment are there however I don’t see people there and later I invested in family card which service was getting over they didn’t tell me about it and so I paid extra to renew it and later this people are not able to find the card sometimes they don’t have products sometimes manpower is not there plus I’m a working women I can’t adjust according to them now also they say this or the other things can’t not happen

        Hi,

        I am taking laser treatment from Chandigarh, its my 11th seating but now i am not satisfied from the services, there is no experienced staff for laser treatment, I couldn't recommend VLCc to anyone and there is no senior who can attend queries and guide staff properly. Please either refund the advance or arrange the experienced staff.

        Previous staff was good Like Hena and Dr...but now I have no words...please attend this query as soon as possible...or i have wasted my full 1 seating ...and rest will also go in vain...better you refund my money.

          They offered coupons facility to provide certain services for one year. Its just been half a year and the services have been stopped even without informing the customers despite the full payment in advance.
          Now, they are abusing on calls using inappropriate language.

              I won't recommend vlcc institute to anyone because the metaphor ('hathi ke daant khane ke kuch or dikhane ke kuch or') perfectly suits to them. don't even dare to go to their institute because they perfectly knows how manipulate someone's mind, I mean they can even easily make my father to join their institute even when he doesn't know much about this field. they are this much manipulative people. they won't provide you any kind of placement this is just ### and nothing else, even if they ever sent someone to any kind of interview that would be just for sales job(inke liye placement ka matlab h kisi dhaabe mein bhi tumhari job lagwa do). total waste of money don't even think about wasting your time and money over here. I'm not from any kind of rivals and bla bla bla, I've studied here and I am very disappointed from my experience...

              I don't have any problem with that the only problem I have that I transferred some amount to my wife's account now since they have put a autodebit thing the amount of 6500 have been deducted from her account.I have been calling Vlcc dwarka Sec -7, continuously talking to incharge Tuhina&Sonam as per them I will get my money by the end of May month which was deducted by them in the beginning if May month, they run around by saying that once the amount transferred by Govt we will not take it you can keep it with you.what the hell, they are saying that we informed all students that do not deposit any money as that's your special account.my foot.

              In the market their are so many companies are available those who spent the big amount on their advertisement but actully they don't care about the quality of the product or services. VLCC is also one of them it is well known Institute but I am sorry their service is very poor as per their high service prices. I sow so many advertisement of VLCC I a took their service which is extremely poor. First of all their staff is highly unproffesional they have no idea how to deal with the client I am waiting for the beautician and she is busy in the phone I request her but she don't care about the problem. Finally when she came back them I am very disappoint with her service it is completely wastage of money and time. If you like to go with the brand please check the review of the service which is given by the branded company or institute otherwise it is completely wastage.

                Bad Experience

                I had VLCC coupons which were sold through door-to-door marketing which I wanted to avail at VLCC Malviya Nagar.
                I had a series of bad experiences which I will be listing below, followed by me paying INR 800 extra for the services when there was clearly a miscommunication.

                1. I visited VLCC on 14th June 2021 as no one was picking up the phone and I wanted an appointment. When I reached there Ms. Priyanka told me that...

                In Feb 2020 I have get slimming package from VLCC Sharjah Branch for 20 session. I could able to utilize 3-4 times but pandemic has started and I have stopped and sent them message also and they was agree.

                In January 2021 they have updated package almost is over and I have reply, my understanding they hold my package and we agree to start after vaccine in May or June ( pls check my WhatsApp chat with +[protected]

                From May 2021 I try to find someone in VLCC and reception leave my message to manager but I didn't get call ! I was old customer of VLCC bur just because management and employee get changed I find this branch doesn't have system.

                Finally I find Ms Hand number (+[protected] to find solotion, she is telling I should take other package to active my old package !

                1. During situation our health is more important and goverment also asking us to avoid risk ..VLCC should refund balance money or active package

                2. In the time of registration NO ONE has updated package have valid time ! It's not mention in invocie also!

                3. VLCC is not care to call back after lot of call and message from May 2020.

                    I have paid for full body laser 7 session in HRBR layout Bangalore feb 2020 but due to covid i could only take 2 sessions.
                    Now i am in pune and telling them to transfer my package to Pune they are saying we have raised your bill in some other service so we cannot transfer your package and you can avail promised services in Banaglore only.
                    When i asked about bill in Feb 2020 i was told we will edit and give you bill in next visit.
                    Next visit was May end i was told accountant is on leave we will give you relevant invoice in next visit.
                    I am feeling duped by VLCC. My money is stuck they are not giving me service.if you cannot provide promised services kindly refund my money.
                    What kind of scammers you have hired as employees who promise something and then bill something else.

                      Hi, I am Deepa and I took membership package from VLCC and due to lockdown the saloon was closed and it's acceptable. Now all saloons are opened and businesses are actively running. I tried to reach VLCC AS Rao Nagar branch in Hyderabad and called up multiple time but no response. Soon my membership will expire and it's a big amount for me, I haven't utilised services of my membership. Atleast when the saloon will be opened minimum courtesy to be given to customers who are trusting ur brand an investing money. My request do arrange a call and let us know from when saloons will be opened or else arrange a call with whom ever required.

                            I paid 59, 000 rupees in February 2020, at A.S Rao nagar branch Hyderabad, for laser hair removal treatment.
                            However due to lockdown it got delayed which i understand. There is only one guy who performs laser treatment and he is incompetent in his work, after few sessions no affect could be seen and upon complaining at the reception, Receptionist always used to tell me that from next session we will provide a better service and we will provide you with the desired results. Now since few months whenever i call them for an appointment, they don't pick up the calls and finally i get a reply from them that there is some disputes at our centre kindly contact Corporate or customer care for whatever issues you are facing.
                            So finally i want vlcc to shift my service to another centre or provide with a refund.

                                Dear Team,

                                My name is Nisha and i was a student of VLCC Lajpat nagar, i joined vlcc on 2018-jan-31 and my course was professional makeup artist, my course fee that time was 70k, i spoke with Miss Mamta nad Amrita, they provide me discount on that time and i submitted discount fee which was 63000. I paid my total fee by cheque. That time they told me to pay only 63000 full and final payment which was discounted price for the course.
                                So it's been two years and I have not received my certificate yet. and when i called them they said you have to make extra payment which was pending, i visited lajpat nagar branch and again they said you have made payment of Rs. 7000 which was pending.
                                I am not working. I have no money and Miss Mamta and Narmata told me at that time that your discount course fee is 63k which I gave them.
                                Now i want my certificate as soon as possible. It's your staff miscommunication issue they lied to childrens just for admission so that they can complete their sales targets.
                                So I am requesting you to give me my certificate ASAP.

                                  This is Ashwini from Ghatkopar.. I had taken a full body laser service at VLCC Bandra nearly 2 years ago. However inspite of paying an entire amount we never got an upfront call for the service.. After waiting for long when we enquired about the same we struggled a lot to get appointment as they had only 1 staff for that service. After all this struggle only 3 sessions were given to us .. After the lockdown 2020 was unlocked we tried requesting for appointments but always got an answer that the staff is on leave and we will get back to you.. inspite of paying complete amount if this is the service we would definitely not want to go to VLCC for any service..
