Not getting appointments as per requirement. They have take 6000rs advance for membership. I want my money refunded.

My name is Nisha and i was a student of VLCC Lajpat nagar, i joined vlcc on 2018-jan-31 and my course was professional makeup artist, my course fee that time was 70k, i spoke with Miss Mamta nad Amrita, they provide me discount on that time and i submitted discount fee which was 63000. I paid my total fee by cheque. That time they told me to pay only 63000 full and final payment which was discounted price for the course.
So it's been two years and I have not received my certificate yet. and when i called them they said you have to make extra payment which was pending, i visited lajpat nagar branch and again they said you have made payment of Rs. 7000 which was pending.
I am not working. I have no money and Miss Mamta and Narmata told me at that time that your discount course fee is 63k which I gave them.
Now i want my certificate as soon as possible. It's your staff miscommunication issue they lied to childrens just for admission so that they can complete their sales targets.
So I am requesting you to give me my certificate ASAP.

This is Ashwini from Ghatkopar.. I had taken a full body laser service at VLCC Bandra nearly 2 years ago. However inspite of paying an entire amount we never got an upfront call for the service.. After waiting for long when we enquired about the same we struggled a lot to get appointment as they had only 1 staff for that service. After all this struggle only 3 sessions were given to us .. After the lockdown 2020 was unlocked we tried requesting for appointments but always got an answer that the staff is on leave and we will get back to you.. inspite of paying complete amount if this is the service we would definitely not want to go to VLCC for any service..

I am writing to file a complaint about the service that I was treated to in the VLCC, HITEC CITY (KONDAPUR) BRANCH, HYDERABAD . I have been taking laser hair reduction treatment for the last 1 year, each session it was treated by a different unskilled technician who knows nothing about the frequency they are giving me. Instead of hair reduction "my hair became thicker " now than previously, no one from the branch is responding to my calls. The branch owner has switched off her number, Her name is Jyothi .while taking money they mesmerize people with their words, but very poor services are given. The technicians are not aware of the laser machine and the frequencies to be given to customers .I am utterly disappointed with VLCC HITECH CITY .They are ruining the brand value of VLCC . I want my money back, I don't want to take any sessions from them, please transfer my services to any other outlet in Hyderabad.

On a Whole i paid rupees 80 thousand rupees till now, it is of no use, please take any action or transfer my services to different branch instead of Hitech city

I will definitely take up these issues to the Consumer Forum and will make sure that I don’t visit the outlet and recommend anyone to visit.

I want my money back...y u guys are playing with d customer who made u a brand...dont do it ...I want my money back otherwise i will take leagal action...

I have been with VLCC UAE for many years now. The lat 2 years were the worst. I moved from RAK to ABu DHabi due to work. I requested to shift my file, but I have been told that it is expired and if I need to extend I need to pay extra AED 2500, I agree and asked to receive details on the remaining sessions before I pay. He center refused and asked for the payment first.

I paid approximately 24 thousands with tax for full face hair reduction laser in patna shauna more zee saheb maket...she said we will give 6 session for this n I told her that I have to marry in November she said we will complete it till November...but now lockdown has cm...so I want my money back.

When i bought this product from nykaa it was fine for 3-4 days after that it changed its form and it was like hard cream lumps and today when i opened the cream after some weeks, the oil has settled on the top and cream is hard beneath it so i am not at all satisfied with the product and even my eyes are burning a bit because of its oil.

I went vlcc laketown kolkata for glycolic peel. They suggested me for tca peel for body and carbon peel for face. I already informed that my my marriage is after 30 days. They said it will be healed under 30 days. Now after peeling i got multiple pimples on my face. My complete body got discolored with scars. I have wasted my money and my special occasion got destroyed

Dear Vlcc team,

I visited Salt Lake Sector V branch Kolkata and booked basic weight loss services.

I wanted to enquire about cool sculpting service and the sales girl( Centre Manager) said some cool sculpting services and said the bill is around 1.78 lakhs.

I told her I am unable to pay that much amount at this point, please hold the confirmation if I am able to arrange the money I will see.

She told me to pay 70, 000 rupees and you can pay the rest in few days. I did that but I didn’t fill any form or confirmed any receipt.

2 days after that I got covid and I am already a COPD patient with osteoarthritis and my Obgyn recommended against it. Hence I requested her to cancel the cool sculpting as doctor asked me not to go with any extreme services for weight loss. I am a chronic asthma COPD patient and my doctor is asking me not to go with such treatment and it’s my body so I should not be forced to avail a service.

I didn’t avail the treatment nor have I confirmed that I can pay the bill yet the centre manager is not refunding me 70000 rupees which is my hard earned money and I have not availed cool sculp serviceer nor will I ever go for cool sculpting.

Kindly help me get a refund of my cool sculpting advance money as I did not signed any form, I am not interested in that service and my health professionals asked me against it.

I have enrolled for weight loss process in your organisation, located at newtown kolkata.
They have commited me to reduce at least 5 kg . But I have lost only 1.5 kg and they said that my course is over...

I had paid about 60k but still now i didn't get any improvement on my face. I had been gone past 2 years in madurai vlcc. This vlcc doesn't hve any experienced doctors. No one knows how to do that. Everyone is come from local without getting any graduate. Here all are money minded people. Such a worst service i had ever seen like this clinic.

Vlcc preet vihar is the worst.
The extremely unprofessional staff, rude, doesnt care about your money, time or even your self respect.
Counsellor MEENAKSHI is so far the worst kind of person I've seen who talks to the customer like everything is their fault she has perfect excuses for everything whichever goes wrong. Instead of resolving the customer issues she goes on saying you should've done this you should've done that.
I purchased laser package in dec 2019, had 2 sessions, after that in March 2020 lockdown happened. One session was in preet vihar for the other i had to go to their noida center, Chandni is the technician in both the centers. In my first session i had severe breakouts on my back and my arms and on my chin. When i went for my second session i showed it to the dermatologist which was a lady then, she told the technician to ice the area after the session. Due to which i didnt face any issue in the 2nd one.
In 2021, for my 3rd session same thing happened icing was not done so i again had issues on my back, luckily on my chin it was lesser, however i managed to escape without getting the breakouts worse. On the 4th one they didnt have any slot available for the next 1 month since the machine is 15 days in preet vihar and 15 days in noida. Which obviously shouldn't be the case considering the name of "VLCC"
so they made me go to raj nagar extension center. Saying thats the only option as we dont have any slot.
There, the technician was different, she was rude as well. She completed my laser in 2hours including my eyebrows getting dont and the technician taking 20 minutes break and as per the last 3 sessions. Laser always takes 3.30-4 hours to complete the session. I ignored it as she said I'm fast dont worry

After 25 days, when i can see that the hair didnt shed off means the laser was not done properly in most of the areas. And not to forget mentioning that when i asked the technician to do icing she said we dont do it here and we dont have any option for it you should ice it once you're home.
I ignored that and came home.
After 25 days when I'm seeing that there is literally no effect before and after of the 4th session and acne as well.
I decided to contact my home branch vlcc preet vihar where i paid.
I called once, twice, thrice
3 times i left my number saying that i need to talk to meenakshi mam.
They took my number saying she'll call you. And that too not regularly. I called them thrice in 2 weeks.
On 3rd April I finally lost my cool and i vent out calling and telling them the issue i faced.
They said come tomorrow we will take this very seriously dont worry etc etc.
Today on 4th April i went there and the attitude and unprofessionalism of Miss Meenakshi need applauds.
She talked to me an my mother as well so rudely that you should have called us when you had the problem with technician. You would have this problem with you.like its not their mistake that the technician didn't do it properly and she was covering up for Rekha ( which i guess was the name of the technician in Raj nagar branch)
She was covering up saying no no she's fast, its doesnt work like it. When i said that nobody told me about thick or thin hair which you're telling now at the time of payment. She denied saying thats not possible. She called me literally 7 times on my dad's phone as it was registered. She called 7 times on the day of payment saying this is the last day of offer xyz.
She backfired every grievance i had making me guilty that I should've done things correct and its my mistake.
She was not polite or apologetic that i faced any issue or i had breakouts ln back.
And they have a male dermatologist. You guys do laser on daily basis. If somebody gets and infection or issue in intimate areas, who will see it? A male doctor? She totally denied that thry never had a female doctor ever.
And i quote her: "Mam kisse mil aaye aap hamare yaha to koi female doctor thi hi nahi kabhi" too rude which is not true, unless she made us meet a random lady from the parlour saying its our derma when we visited first time for laser consult.
And when things got out of the had, she's too proud and i said mam i dont want to deal with you anymore i am going to contacting the main vlcc higher authority.
And i quote her again: usse kya hojayega mam?
I left telling her its the worst salon experience I've ever faced.
This is not done.
I either want my partial money back or i want that laser session repeat in any other center where she has no connections to, because i know if i ever go back she'll take revenge and ruin my skin.

Due to hair growth on face I had decided to go for laser treatment. I visited soo called brand "VLCC"( In blore- Jp Nagar branch)
Initially I went for laser treatment but then the staffs said I need to take the following treatments like- pigmentation treatment, face peel, body polishing, facial then only we will be able to do laser on you. So I trusted them and took the complete package. Reason for backing out is my leg and my hand...

One dispute transaction happened from my credit card few days back I visited to the ghaziabad VLCC centre to avail my existing beauty service
They asked me to avail the new family card cost 30000+gst
I asked them to confirm EMI option through my icici credit card then one employee from centre asked me to give my credit card to him to check the EMI amount...

On 27th March i booked an appointment with VLCC as rao nagar, Secunderabad, Telangana.
I informed them i have Paytm voucher of rs 500.
They booked my appointment for 28 March 2021, 3PM.
I reached there and asked for template, they told me that there is no template available and they told me cost of Facials, haircuts and other services orally. She increased price of everything saying GST at the end at the time of billing.
Bill of rs 2945 the receptionist told me orally and she deducted rs500 (paytm voucher) in calculator and told me to pay 2445.
I asked her to give me bill, she told me we dont have that facility but you will receive your bill via Message.

Today, i received my bill and i see they have not given me the paytm rs 500 discount,
They lied to me.

I have number of packages across beauty, pedicures, hair, laser and wellness worth lacks. However due to pandemic for the past one year I have not been able to take any of the services. I received an sms stating few days back, that within 31st March 2021, I have to buy any other package worth 17700 to keep the existing packages valid. 1. Is this really issued by VLCC because I am unable to find any information over the Internet
2. I am not stepping out of the house due to health issue, and not sure when I will be able to take any of the services, so my packages worth lakh will expire if I don’t buy yet another package?

The staff of VLCC Shillong are not at all trained in customer behaviour cause their conduct is highly ‘unprofessional’ in particular a staff with ‘red curly hair ‘ with a black cardigan.
She was extremely rude and uncooperative

The maneger of institute given me all the wrong information and take 10000 fee for registration and when I went to check the institute nothing is like that what she said
