Complaint against VLCC.
I was being cheated by the services that they offer me. I went for a facial. They explained to me about a skin facial plan where I was promised to get the service which I asked for with some offers. However, I didn't get the desired service instead of that they gave me something skin treatment. I am not sure what it is. And they don't explain their product and the timings. They charged me 25 thousand rupees. I want a refund.

So far I haven't been provided with the purchased bill, which is leading to a unfair trade practice. It's been a week since I have paid the amount for the service however I still didn't receive any bill.

    I am Sherine Raafat old customer me and my husband over ten years for Vlcc
    First in Sharjah Buhira branch then Dubai Shaikh Zaid road branch
    The branch supervisor offered me services Misotheray and i met the doctor and she explained to me last year
    Then due to covid did not take it
    I am already on regular program for heating and thermo slim
    She reminded me again and kept following up with me to join miso therapy
    They called me to pay online for discounts and sent me multiple messages
    I paid 3150 Aed online on 2/3/2021
    Yet i went for first session, another dr saw me and said that this service is not fit for me since i have Rheumatoid arthritis
    I asjed them to refund since this is not my mistake they already new my case and first dr didn’t say it is not suitable for me
    Now about three weeks and i am in circles they are not refunding my money

    I will complain to DHA and to customer rights in Dubai Municipality of the head office not take appropriate action

    This is not acceptable and against the Vlcc reputation and Dubai laws

    I am not eligible to this service and this is the brach employees mistake not mine

      Last month i paid for various dermat procedures which included masseter botox of 60 units..while performing the procedure i asked the dermat to insert 30 units on both sides to which she told me the remaining product we will insert next time, to which i agreed. I knew that she has not given me complete 60 units..However when i asked the sales person incharge as to how many units of my product has been inserted she said complete 60 units to which i was surprised..its been one month since the procedure and my masseters show just a tiny tiny change...i have been taking 60 units since years and with 60 units the masseter goes completely, so i know that they dint use 60 units..my look is incomplete and weird looking cause of it...i can touch and feel my masseter still there and its looking awful...after paying a huge amount of Rs. 94000/- at one go i expected professional service and not cheating or fraud...i either want my money back or the paid procedure to be performed at the earliest.

        I paid advance payment for laser because of your fake adds. Now u aren't give any laser appointments for me. Pls don't cheat people. I think u are a group of frouds. I am complaining about vlcc muscut. Completely disappointed with ur costumer care service.

          I visited the VLCC wellness centre, Gk2 in month of Jan '21, and gave the amount of Rs.35, 500 to them for service of COOLSCULPT treatment which was to be executed after 4 days of visiting them.They failed and refused to give me the service for which I paid them due to medical condition I have on my skin.

          During my consulation visit, the consultant Ms.Pratibha in her 1.5hours of discussion about side-effects of the service, pros and cons, she never mentioned about any refund policy or did not make me meet any doctor who could tell me during the first visit itself, that they cannot give me service due to medical reasons. Hence, I would have not paid them on on first go after endless conversation. Instead, she emphasised more that VLCC do not work for money but customer satisfaction.

          But on the day of service execution, the doctors there at the centre refused to give service reasoning it medical condition. And now they are not refunding my money back for the service they have refused to give. They are giving NO REFUND POLICY as an execuse.

          They have done huge fraud with me and have cheated me by taking my money and not giving service for it and enforcing me to take their product in return of the amount i paid or gift the credit note to relatives(like seriously)

          Its highly stressing as haraased by VLCC, and hence it is adding to my depression, as I have to make the payment for my ongoing medical treatment for every month which is way too expensive.

          Kindly RETURN MY MONEY BACK

            Hi Team,
            I have been following up with VLCC Andheri West branch since last 2 months to transfer it from Mumbai to Indore YN road branch but there is no proactive response since 2 months. I have also sent multiple emails on [protected]@vlccwellness but there also no revert since 2 months. My package was 6kg + 6 TS and, 4 body therepies. Till now I have visited Indore branch 2 times and followed up with Andheri West branch multiple times, but no support from Andheri branch.

              My mother has taken the family card worth Rs.10000 from VLCC indore branch near RNT marg. From last two times same thing happened. there is this girl Vandana singh she misbehaved with my mother and panicked her by saying her card got expired even though balance amount of 6000 was left in the card. after showing her the image of the card in my mother's phone and after rechecking multiple times from beginning and intervention from the other staff at vlcc miss vandana got convinced that balance was there in the card but afterwards She stated that the treatment taken by my mother will not include in the card. though my mother has taken the same treatment and paid you guys using the same card credits before. We visit your salon for the relaxation purpose but inspite of paying you guys prepaid in advance we gets worst service

                VLCC staff members pooja and Jeel did fraud with me of worth 76k. They convinced me to take two fillers for eyes. I had already paid for it but their service was useless. I had pain for almost two weeks but I didn't get any result. After that they Had taken my salary slips, account & pan details and taken loan of worth 41k. Now they're not picking my phone and are not available for talk. I have lost my money and from last 3 months I m going to bank. I will do police complain now.

                Please never ever go to VLCC. Be safe and secure. I want to give 0 star but it is not option here.

                    Hy, This is aradhana singh chauhan i am taking treatment for my face acne from VLCC Indore scheme no. 54 centre. I am very disappointed by the service i get here. One of the staff named khushboo who is so rude and cancel my appointment without even telling me. This is not the professional way to treat the clients. So disappointed. Very poor service

                      I joined VLCC by paying 60k for a beauty package later they suggested me for a sliming package of 20k which i agreed at that time. Just one day later i confirmed them back that i dont want that slimming package and after a long discussion they aggreged that they will refund the amount 20k by cash to me. this has happened to me on September 2019, when last time i discussed with them on 2020 june they said they need some time so i let them have, but now 2021 jan, every time i go to them or call they only say that they have no fund so, they can not refund to me as corona has effected them. And now they even dont pick my phone. kindly help me on this matter.

                        This is regarding my complaint on VLCC Punjabi Bagh for the services and counselling I availed on 11th of January 2021. I went there for a makeover of my hair and for enquiring about the treatment regarding hair loss. The hair stylist Imraan, gave me a wonderful haircut and during the process suggested that I check out their h-gro program that was giving magnificent results to the clients. He suggested that unlike his other clients, who were taking up to 10sittings and had wonderful results after 5-6 sittings. He literally vouched for them and said that approximately 6 sittings would cost me 1.2 lakhs. I asked whether any offers or payment installments would be available. He said that the best thing is to put it on a DIVA card so that I can avail the 50% offer that would cover PRP treatment which will give increased efficacy. He said if instalment type payment and if I didn’t want to do it in credit card-then they had the Bajaj finance capital service and many of his clients availed it. He called in the person who worked for Bajaj finance, and they said I have to download the app and he would check whether I was eligible. This required at least 2-3 OTP to be generated back to back. None of the OTP messages said the function of that OTP and had a standard template, so I didn’t have any suspicion.

                        Meanwhile Imraan told me that there is an hyaluronic acid treatment that has amazing results. He said if I would pay 3.5 lakhs in the card, then I can avail services worth 5 lakhs which would cover this hyaluronic acid treatment as well. When he said that it was 1.6 lakhs, I was hesitant and said I didn’t want it. Upon this he showed me some before and after pics- 2 people of foreign origin and a third pic explicitly had google lens written on it ( because he tried taking a screenshot of google images). This is when I got super skeptical. On reaching the billing counter around 7.45pm, I asked them to give the bill of services I availed that day- a hair cut, a hair gloss treatment and a pedicure and would come back at a later time to discuss the treatment. At this point Imraan, center manager Zeba and the bajaj finance guy told me that they already transferred 1.2 lakh through the last OTP. I was very upset and said it was not acceptable. And said I wouldn’t want to take any more money from Bajaj finance. Upon this they said that it is not reversible and if I paid down payment of 44, 456 they would try and see what could be done about it. They did not give me any bill then – even for the services I did that day and said they have to speak to their management.

                        I waited for an entire day and called them thrice -after which two separate bills of DIVA card- one card of one lakh and other for 50, 000 was issued excluding tax ( this was only sent next day evening after many calls). Every time I called them and asked the details or the bill for that day's service- that would simply tell me that it would be added to the book allotted for each person’s DIVA card and I could take a pic of it on coming to the centre. He sent me a before and after pic of the clients who had taken the service and said that results came after 6 sittings. Sensing the lack of transparency, I called the PUSA branch of VLCC and checked VLCC’S website to understand that H-gro was launched just two and a half months back and it was impossible for people to do 10 sittings in total (one sitting every month) to get their desired results. I asked about the dermatologist’s contact who did this procedure in the centre, so that I can clarify my doubts. Imraan said it was not feasible. I asked for details of the treatment- he just sent me the screenshot of the poster of that treatment. I asked him how I could enroll for a service with only this much details. Then I also realized that in diva card services are added on MRP and not on offer price that the centre otherwise gave its client. This ensured vlcc gets a bulk amount, whereas a customer has no benefit of a card as everything was on MRP and hence there is no advantage of an extra 50% amount that is credited to your DIVA card. This time I realized that I have been tricked. I asked for a refund – and they told me it is refundable. They didn’t care anymore as the amount had come in and was locked with them- whether I did h-gro or not.

                        I thought of posting this story on mine and my husband’s facebook, Instagram and with a link on my twitter handle addressed to VLCC. The commission or incentive system that you promise to your staff on luring your customers causes them to be deceitful about the manner, methods and way in which customer buy the services. Sharing on social media platforms would make sure that no other customer becomes gullible to this scheme as I did and it will create a general awareness. Then I thought, I would try the customer grievance cell and see how this can be resolved. I have some of the conversations on whatsapp, the screen shots of which can be sent to you on request. You can look into the cctv footage of the reception as the OTP issue and involuntary transfer of the amount from Bajaj finance was done and later admitted by the staff right there. I am attaching the bill ( I have not taken any treatment so far in the card ) and looking forward to your call regarding the refund hoping that it can be solved at the earliest.

                          All services are literally Amazing.As I took service of full bridal package for engagement, pre bridal, and bridal.Every Staff member are supportive and cooprative.Thanks Onkar for hair spa treatments, Shubra for pre bridal services, Virendra for menicure and pedicure, Sunita for body spa treatments and thanks to Suman for mind blowing- makeup.

                          But my experience for bridal makeup was worst no doubt makeup artist has done awasm makeup but management suggested to stop makeup in middle for other clients and I wait for for approximately 45 minutes. They also forced my faimly member to remove our things from Room for other appointment even my and my sister's makeup were under process. Services offered by them on my precious day of wedding were wrost.And due to that we faced alot my faimly members wait alot for me. Photography were not been done properly. I reached venue late . And the most important thing that even after saying and requesting many times directly to management people they didn't taken any action and due to that at last my hair style was not so good as both side partition puff were not same and she has not even have enough time to give touch-up due to that my wedding photographs has been impacted. I thanks to Suman and Onkar for their support for makeup but unsatisfied with management. And I also not even received any response even after giving after my this feedback directly and on their portal as well.kindly consider me for reference and provide me result .

                          I logged my concern many times but not get relevant responses. I logged review in Google, mails etc.since tried so many times since last two years

                              , i have availed one service call tca peeling on my knees from vadodara, racecourse branch.And it cost almost 8k to 9k.I am regularly taking the session even from the doctor past 6months, but not even 1 time it got peel, than what is the reason of doing that.Your executive there meena give proper service till the time i was interested with buying other service as well, after that no one is interested in my problem.I am just fedup of asking for the result but no one is bothered there.Please help me for my amount reversal orelse i will take this case to customer forum complain.And i want my money back not any other service from you.Please update me on urgent basis with positive response.

                                After consulting from the sadashiva nagar branch manager to give the best which suits my hair, she recommended to go for the kerafusion as it gives the smooth straight and nourished hair for next 60 washes. Which costs for 4500+products costs around 1500. After treatment the effect couldn't last even after the first wash. My hair was back to normal with the same wavy texture and frizz full dry feeling. I'm completely disappointed from vlcc. Plz process for the refund.

                                  I took admission in vlcc institute kalka ji delhi on 09/12/2020 and i paid 50k . They told me on admission time classes will be start very soon after some days they said from 29 dec.But due some family issue i will not able join the course . For that i called to institute explain my problem and asked for my fee refund of 50k.
                                  But they are saying we dont have any refund policy. They denying to refund and...

                                  The VLCC Saheednagar Bhubaneswar Odisha has done fraud of amount approximately Rs 15000/- and not giving the service and in turn misbehaving with the customer. I request to the Police to kindly give strict punishment to such fraud company and refund my money immediately.

                                    I started with a service of loosing weight
                                    I’ve just attended 2-3 sessions at Punjabi Bagh vlcc New Delhi 110026
                                    And more than 10 sessions are still left
                                    I was able to attend more sessions as my father was ill then later he passed away all the money we had and savings we had we’ve spent it at hospital now I’m asking for a refund at vlcc as I want money the manger completely refused.
                                    That’s so rude that even in a case where someone has died there’s literally zero humanity zero.
                                    They ain’t refunding my money.

                                      I had a falling hair fall problem. I went to vlcc noida centre for consultation. I was advised by a customer care executive that I need to undergo prp and mesotherapy session for treatment. As I was not so aware about the treatment I was asked to pay money before any treatment starts.
                                      . I opted for Emi so bajaj finance loan was issued to me for the same .post initiation of Bajaj finance on 23 November 2020 I was asked to visit vlcc centre after two days .The dermatologist after observing my scalp told that I was having dandruff so treatment can start only if my dandruff goes.however I wasn't sure about the condition of my scalp. Day by day my condition worsened and
                                      I was having some other issues over my scalp, there was itching and irritation over the scalp skin so I went to see another dermatologist who gave me medicines due to inflammation in the scalp and advised me not for prp or other process due to infection.
                                      I want to know is VLCC charging and pushing customers for prp without scalp analysis. Why I was asked to pay money in full or emis if I was not a suitable candidate for PRP .it could have been a cost on my health.
                                      I request to kindly refund my money and stop any further deduction of money till I feel better in my health and risks involved in undergoing such treatments should not be advised till a customer is fit. VLCC executive extorted money from from me without any dermatological recommendation.
                                      I request to kindly refund the money and foreclose my loan account as soon as possible.
