I paid a hefty amount for a package that included peeling sessions, prp therapy and laser sessions at VLCC Model Town..The time sought for multiple sessions was 3-4 months ..however it's been more than a month and we have received only 2 peeling sessions ..the staff is always citing the lack of availability of doctor as an excuse and also not responding to our communications..the skin after sessions has only deteriorated however they are turning a deaf ear to our complaints..we may kindly be provided sessions as per your promise or refunded if doctor is not available with you

    I am a frequent visitor at VLCC, Sigra Varanasi for over the last few years, almost half a decade really and haven’t really had such terrible experience before and hence kept going back in for my services here. Just in the last month I’ve booked services over 5 L towards my wedding prep and into the slimming as well as dermatology services too . I was advised to undergo a session for back pain management by one of the therapists here and I seeked the Physiotherapist in the branch for the same, after weeks of turmoil of her dodging even setting up the appointments even though I visit there daily for slimming services, she finally gave me one for a day and simply dashed on the appointment date, no calls, no prior information, was in the centre itself busy doing nothing and apparently couldn’t even find the etiquette to inform me right then either that she’s cancelling the appointment, asked another therapist to let me know . Rescheduled the said appointment on her own whims and fancies without even once consulting with me or bothering with my availability. What a pathetic experience for a repetitive client. Other services are good but the physiotherapist definitely needs her priorities checked .

      I was fleeced at Gk 2 branch, New Delhi by Pratibha ( Branch Manager)& Nidhi Pipnai (Slimming Head) These women pushed me to go for cool sculpting & Thermage at their GK 2 Center promising to convert the cost zero intrest EMI .

      1) Thermage treatment was complete waste of Rs 80, 000/-

      2) I was charged Interest & GST on intrest of about 11000/- on EMI conversion. I

      After 1 st EMI only, I communicated it to them of the intrest charged & they promised to take care of it as the transaction was supposed to be at zero interest.Now they are asking me to use services worth that amount, when I am completely dissatisfied with the earlier results .

      3) Also after spending close to 2.1 lakh rs at the center, I was promised of reward points which I could use in future, but there's no trace of these points .

      An organisation is as good as it's people .

      Be very careful of your dealing with these unprofessional women

        I have joined VLCC Kochi kerala on october. And they told that at the tume of joining in weekly minimum 3 sessions.But in this covid situation I have hectic work cant go to 3 sessions in week days. So I am sking for them them weekend sessions.But saturady I am asking for sessions they dont give the sessions. And I had lost my two months time.They act as very arrogantly. And I am not received Invoice also. They told that invoice sent through Sms only. They are not willing to give hard copy of invoice.Now I want to stop the same and asking my refund. Staff act as very arrogantly and now they dont reply to my mail also.Two persons called from corporate office and they arrogantly told that fund is not refunded. But one of the staff promised for fund is returned I had already share chat history also. But they were not agreed the same.I have a single mother. In this covid situation around 12 hours we are working for live. How a company cheating the people like this. Please any top management interfere in this case. Otherwise staff behaviour is directly affect your business also. I am not using your facility. So please dont hold my money in unnecessary in this covid situation. Seeking any top level managment interefer and solve this issue. I had contact so many ways. But no one give proper solution. Your customer care team will give Mrs. Nidhi kapoor mail id. But she is not responding till the time. No one act with responsibilty. Every one told that we have refund policy. But I am asking refund because I am not using your facility. And invoice is customers right. They told that they had mentioned refund is not avialable in Invoice copy. I didnt get any invoice how I can read the same.

            Hello
            I booked vlcc, Model Town, Ghaziabad, for my engagement party make up, which was supposed to be held on 26th November. I was asked to pay the whole amount in advance which was Rs 10, 000 . But unfortunately my fiancé has been diagnosed with covid 19 due to which the whole function stands cancelled. I requested for money refund as I have not taken any service neither any special arrangement have been done for me. But they outrightly denied refund stating that there is no refund policy.
            In times of covid everyone is offering refunds but they are stating that their policy is greater than this unfortunate pandemic and people suffering due to it.
            Kindly look into the matter
            I hope it gets solved without involving legalities

              I would like to raise a complaint against VLCC for misguiding and cheating me after being one of their customer, had the worst customer experience one can have as I have taken beauty packages worth over 4 lakhs and have not once got the results that were promised, the products and services they have are cheap and don't think it's even FDA approved. I want refund from them on all the beauty services I have paid for. The services done by the specialist were terrible, and the management in Bangalore HSR was pathetic - multiple doctors and managers were changed from Dr. Reema, Ruby, and the customer was never contacted once the payment was done. The services were automatically reflecting in the system as taken when I as a customer has not even consumed, neither have given my signature. And now most of your centres in Bangalore are closed or barely functioning due to the pandemic. The only thing I liked was the hair styling service done by an hairdresser.

              No proper receipts or payment documents were received in my email either as that was informed to me, but since I considered the company as trust worthy and been in the beauty market for long, I did not follow up.

              I have emailed their customer support in August post the lockdown had started to lift in phase wise.

              I only got a call from them in October on the 21st, wanting me to reconsider and take the same services again. Which is useless as those services are ineffective as they did not wish to refund the amount. Clearly, I have been cheated and they continue to do the same to numerous women who tries to put their trust in that brand.

              Below is the services I have paid for:-

              Beauty Services
              1) Cool sculpting - abdomen and inner thighs ( 2.4 lakh) - Misguided information - EMI's are still being deducted from my account.

              2) PRP + Meso(Amino vitamin) for hair - only 1 session was done since 2019 June. 44, 837/-

              3) Voluma for face - paid in 2019 may but not consumed yet.

              4) PMU done by DR.Mahua (Priya) in 2020 March - 17 but zero results achieved.

              No calls or updates from anyone. This company is fraud and I will expose them. The amount the need to pay is not just few thousands but lakhs and for that I will go to court and file a legal complaint against them.

                I am Surya Swetha K. I have booked a bridal makeup package for my wedding on 17th April 2020. Have made total payment of ₹17000 in advance on 9th March 2020 at VLCC Magunta layout, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
                I have been asking them for refund from May 2020 but they are neither responding nor willing to return my money.

                  I took the package from Vlcc Nasik for weightloss in March 2020 but due to corona center we’re closed and as I am from dubai I was moving back so requested for refund and center head agreed on this and this went for a month and then suddenly they said it’s not possible then they suggest my package to get transfer to dubai and I agreed on that also but after two months they again said it’s not possible and suggested we will give you family card so your family member can use any of the services within that amount but now when my family member visited the center they are not allowing them to use it and again they making us wait by giving false hope that it will be sorted I am tired of this and now I want my money back or else will sue them.

                    Firstly the mask is not only coming out of the bottle. Secondly the mask is not liquid at all it is just like powder so much dense . Thirdly after applying it is not coming out of the skin .

                      I complaint to jago grahak jago, main branch vlcc and now to National consumer helpline and docket number is 2109262.

                      I am very unhappy to say that. I am raising my complain since more than one year but no one listening me.

                      Whatever promise made by Dr. Pallavi at your HRBR layout bangalore center. I didn't got solution till now.

                      1. Again my hair grown where promise for laser

                      2. I had good shape of my tummy but they spoil my body shape on stomach and now they are not listening to me

                      3. I had breast treatment which was fine and just need to align but your center use some chemical and damage now its blure sometime I get pain and swell and only surgery is the option.

                      4 On my face I had very low pore but your center team use chemical and spoil you can see that face pore and hair effect by first view.

                      About breast they spoil my body. So sadfully need to say you.

                      1. Return my money with interest paid on Aug 2018 on 1, 18, 252 + interest till now.

                      2. Return all money for each time I come from ecity to HRBR and spent cab each side approx 600 and both side approx 1200

                      I came more then 30times (1200 X30 = 33000 approx + interest) will share final amount the day when I get my refund amount confirmation from VLCC

                      3. The breast surgery and pore treatment will goes to aporx 4lacs which not cover by any insurance.

                      4. Compensation of my body defact to me and my husband survive our family life.

                      5. Strick legal punishment to HRBR staff for illegally current my body.

                      Who give rights to spoil my body with chemical and u train persons

                      Why all promise which made by Dr pallavi.. Not done till now.

                      She promise to have solved in time of 7 month duration but its more then 2 years

                      I cry many time and my husband also upset... Remember all this money can't ring my body back.

                      Also i request to govt to why give license to such clinic those can't fulfill promise.

                      They always say with stupid reason tht whtevr Dr pallavi recommend we give that number of session... But if it not effect then why u didn't talk to pallavi...

                      DR Pallavi told us i am giving my signature as well on paper so u can trust us. And management side Thilaga was there in room.

                      If I know that how many course I need then why I consult with your medical doctor pallavi and get consulting.

                      All your HRBR branch spoil my body. Body is is important part of life Infact I have my old age due to survive by such situation.

                      I request to govt of India and govt of karnataka national consumer to take action on all vlcc branch and give justice to all

                        I am regular member of VLCC Rajnagar branch from last 4 years where i have wasted my 70k rupees in buying slimming packages. The last incident has left me feel cheated and i have lost my trust on vlcc slimming staff and manager. After lockdown they have sold me a package of worth rupees 17k on promise to have 5 message, 5 turbo slim and 5kg weight loss. As, my wedding date was fixed so i opted for this package and after sometime vlcc manager has stopped me taking slimming session, when i asked her for the reason she told me that my package didn't includes session which ch shattered me like nowhere. 17k is not a small amount for me and suddenly they have stopped giving me services.
                        I have also write complaint on vlcc site but of no use. please help me in taking my refund, it looks like the staff has started cheating customers for their salaries. Very shameful for the staff and manager.

                          Getting lot of pimples after peel treatment

                          I recently went to VLCC Hyderabad, hitech city branch. I had slight pores on my face and few pimples mark. So they suggested me to take chemical peel and derma roller.
                          After the 1st peel I am able to see pimples appearing one after the other and this type of pimples I have never seen earlier neither in face nor in other body parts ever.
                          I complained them still they were saying it is not because of the treatment and gave me 2...

                          Horrible experience at their Kasba branch, Kolkata. I went for face waxing right before pujas and due to puja rush, the person was in such a hurry that she burned my face. The worst part was that the next day, she and the manager were absolutely unapologetic and were trying to push more expensive services like laser etc and blaming me for having sensitive skin. Not a tinch of professionalism in their behaviour. They made me wait in pain. Before this incident another beautician had dropped wax on my eyelids. Luckily my eyes were closed, else I don't know what would've happened. I don't understand, such a big brand like VLCC has these totally untrained people offering services.

                            I took laser treatment in VLCC. First signed up for 2 individual laser sessions for under arm(Rs. 2000/- each per session total Rs.4000/-). Then signed up for full body laser (For Rs. 50, 000/- they assured 7 sessions and 95% hair reduction). Took 3 sessions of full body laser. With that 5 sessions were over for underarm and 3 for other areas. No improvement was found. When asked both technician and manager said that there was problem in setting of machine and many customers complained with regard to the same. They convinced that they would redo the sessions and call back once the machine is ready. When contacted again they asked to take glutathione injections for complexion improvement so that the laser would work. I asked them that only on analysis of my skin and my colour they assured that there would be 95% reduction and now they are convincing for another treatment. Further got laser burns in various skin parts (sample pictures attached). I raised complaint in ingram consumerhelpline.gov.in. The reply of company is as follows "Customer has already consumed the maximum sessions and is left with 10593/- as her unexecuted amount. Pls note laser helps in reduction of hair and is not permanent in nature. Customer has been requested to share the center name so that accordingly transfer can be initiated based on the unexecuted amount same will be taken care off". The reply has no response for laser burns. Further they assured retake of 2 sessions along with 4 original sessions (so outstanding is 6 in total) the amount of pending sessions is untrue. Need full refund of Rs.54, 000/- Payment proof has been attached

                              This is Harshitha who joined vlcc recently for skin tightening and oil massage. I have been gone through C section 2months ago and had loose belly and asked for skin tightening, they said it can be done without any side effects providing me with clear of my stretch marks also. They said only oil massage will be done by HUMAN HANDS and you can loose 1 kg weight loss for every session. I asked I’ll pay only for few sessions first. Then I’ll see results and proceed with another few sessions. But today is my second session. They are just giveing me some sort of vibrations which affected my brain. After each session i got several pain in head. After second i was visting my health care provider for my problem. As recently I delivered, i even asked them is there any machine procedure they said only natural processes will be given. I paid huge amount of money believing VLCC. This is very wrong and against consumer belief.I’m suffering alot of issues and even my cesarean incision was open due to this. They haven’t mention this is kind of vibrations given to body.So bad on VLCC.NEVER again trust the customer representative, they are giving false information to make payments. I want my whole money back . This affected my health after two sessions only. Please help me by providing my money back.

                                Have been continiously following up regarding cancellation of a beauty package of 21k from month of march, 2020 when the corona pandemic started as i became jobless and i immediately informed Mr.Prasanjeet of VLCC Bhubaneswar, Vanivihar Branch and to his fellow managers and they committed me not to worry as they will help in cancellation but till date no such resolution has been received. I am in totally under mental pressure because of VLCC harassment mentally during corona pandemic when there is no job.

                                  I had paid for four kerafusion sessions in october 2019.Thereafter i took one session in December2019.Still my 3 sessuons are left.But the centre manager at VlCC kasba, Bosepukur, Kolkata refuses to give the remaining service in this month as it is nearing Durga puja which is still around 20 days later.She is ready to give service fused with some other paid service that i need to pay afresh.Also note that the service cant be waxing coz its service charge ia low.It has to besome kind of big budget service.she will let me utilose my prepaid package only after Kaali puja.

                                    Today i have been to vlcc saloon in Aundh Pune first off all no precautions are taken they are only wearing mask no ppe kit no sanitisation.

                                    I bought voucher of Rs. 999 i have attached treatment covered under it however the lady at saloon mentioned detan and facial is same then why their are 2 time charges and for waxing i have selected premium waxing then why regular waxing charges are applied.

                                    Kindly clarify the above and make a refund

                                      Hi, i'm complain about this all things happen future it might finisg of vlcc. First thing is management in nugegoda branch. She don't know how to give her service to clients. Shouting at workers in front of clients equipment are not cleaned. Good works already resign coz of law management. Heat belts are not heating. Firming machine not working. Staff are so busy and over worked. So customers are wasteing their time. So many good staff leave already and so many clients now going to move from here.
