I have paid the whole amount to vlcc nashik branch they are refusing to give me service they are sayibg about my package validity but none has been mentioned before kindly help me

I would like to bring to your attention the unacceptable service I have received at Vlcc CHEMBUR Mumbai on my recent visit. This is the second time I am making a complaint, and I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service provided. During my first visit, I suffered from a severe burn on my face due to the attendant's negligence with the wax, and now during my most recent visit on 30th March, the attendant tried to sell me a costly package despite my request for the head-to-toe package.

I was informed that the head-to-toe package was no longer available and was pressured to opt for a 50k package instead. Even after insisting multiple times, the attendant did not provide me with the package I wanted and instead sold me a 10k package. I believe that Vlcc CHEMBUR deliberately withholds information on cheaper packages and manipulates their customers into buying expensive services to meet their sales targets.

Therefore, I request a refund of my money as I am no longer interested in availing of any services at Vlcc. I hope that you will take strict action against such malpractices and ensure that customers are provided with the service they request without any hidden costs or misinformation.

I have light pigmentation and blemishes on my forehead and a little near the eye due to which I visited VLCC and after consultation with Ela Ma'am. I booked a service of golden peel for my pigmentation and blemishes on 3rd December 2023 in VLCC- Noida Sector 18. She suggested I take a golden peel or harmony (laser treatment). I chose Golden Peel and paid 27258 with my credit card on EMI.

I have taken 4 peels till now but there is no effect on my blemishes and pigmentation. So, after the fourth peel, I discussed this with Ela Ma'am and she suggested I take 6 sittings of harmony( laser treatment) now which costs around 40k.

If she already knew that golden peel would not work on pigmentation and blemishes then why did she suggest me wrong service? In short, she professionally robbing people's money in the name of wrong services.

I didn't expect this from VLCC it is one of the trusted brands in India.

I want my money back and also you should take action against her for giving me the wrong consultation.

I want justice because their team is not responding to my email.

I have booked vlcc slimming and massage packages and due to some uncertainty i didn't avail the services as I was outside India and I already informed to the concerned person about it. My plan is expiring on 31st March 24 and i want to extend the program for which they are charging me another 12k. I don't have certainty about my job and I am not in a position to pay anything more to extend the program. On an exception basis can you please extend the program for another 3 months so that I can avail the services. I took some 10 sessions but i didn't receive any benefit out of it so I was want to get all the sessions for which I have already paid. I was also not aware about the expiry dates until I got a message from them

Post covid took a membership plan 1.5 lac from VLCc branch HSR layout.But due to covid situation and after that medical Emergency (miscarriage), unable to visit Bangalore branch.After that raised so many complaints regarding branch transfer to Mumbai location.But they refused even refused to return 50% of amount too.

Could you please have a look into it.

With deep pain and anguish, this is to bring to your information that i have booked a slimming session at sec 18 noida in Feb 2022.Till date i have not been attended properly.

The dietician (Shreya) who was my consulting lady found it so difficult to give diets and session appointments.Days and weeks passed requesting for appointment and i was not given proper appointment.The other slimming head Parisha is also fully aware about the problem but has not been able to do anything

My visiting hours are morning 7:30 as i am not able to dedicate any other time throughout the day.Many of the times when i reach, session is never free and i have to wait for almost half n hour.It is pertinent to mention that i have to reach the VLCC premises anyhow by 8:30 to reach my office on time.Understanding the resource crunch for some time at VLCC (due to so staff leaving)i even tried to come at 8:00 but still the sessions are very irregular.

Such a pathetic service is not expected from the organisation of such repute.I have also brought this to the notice of centre head Ila but still the situation has not improved.

Today i have received message that my package will be expiring on 31st march, however, no proper services have been availed bue to the laxity at centres part.(Therapies cannot be availed unless there is proper weight loss during the week)

Your kind and urgent intervention is required to resolve the matter as well as increase the validity so that i may be able to avail correct benefit of the facilities for which i have paid my hard earned money

I purchased a slimming package on[protected] for Rs. 29505. After attending only one session, I couldn't continue due to some personal reasons. I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions as I'm unable to visit the center.

I am from Ahmedabad.. I took goods worth 20 lakhs from vlcc company . They were hand sanitizer.. My father is a businessman who took to sale it but unfortunately covid came so we claimed in company to take goods back and refund us but now no one is answering us that 20 lakhs goods expired and my dad got into depression and now he is no more .. I am daughter of late Mr Sachin Shah .. he tried very much to give goods back to company but no one was Giving us response. Because of such big amount he got into depression and now I want my money back and take this expired goods back

My fathe was a businessman man who took it but unfortunately covid came so we were not able to export it then immediately we informed company to take goods and refund us but no one was answering us back . Now that 20 lakhs hand sanitizer got expired and my dad is also no more he got into depression because of such a huge loss .. he tried to give goods back but no one answered him now he is no more so I am his daughter claiming company to take expired goods and refund me as we are in need of money

I have an unfortunate episode about VLCC Patna. It started with my visit to VLCC around the 21-24th of December. I was looking for a specific hair treatment to make my hair soft, silky and straight. As I dye my hair your hairdresser recommended Botox followed by full hair colour. Alaka was offering a specific package with all the necessary treatments rounding to approximately 15, 000 INR and a complimentary Hydra facial, so we decided to start my treatment after 3rd Jan. I was called to dye my hair first on 5th Jan 2024 followed by hair botox. When I reached the centre on the 5th I was told that Botox was unnecessary and instead recommended following through with a procedure known as "kera smooth", on the recommendation of the hairdresser. As I completely trusted the hairdresser I allowed him to proceed as he saw fit. After the first step of the procedure, 'Deep' the hairdresser realized that there had been some mistake thus he recanted his original decision and chose to do a root touch-up. Post the change in the plan I had a word with Alaka, she started raising her voice on the dresser and asked for more to compensate for the new treatment plan, I thought this was unfair and asked her to continue with the original cost, upon the disagreement we finally settled on a package of 7, 000 just for Kera Smooth and no colour. When I returned home after the Kera Smooth's first procedure I had a migraine to the extent that I had to consult a doctor. The next morning I washed my hair for the first time and noticed my hair was extremely dry, which left me worried upon further inspection my hair was falling out. After this, I contacted the centre, who told me that this was completely normal and asked me to come in for further procedures. I have gotten the next three procedures and my hair has continuously decreased in quality and the hairfall has only grown. I understand that the beauty industry is for your well-being this entire episode has put me under deep stress and caused me extreme mental anguish. I had to attend weddings where my hair was falling out, which further added to my woes. I waited for your head of customer call for two days and she never responded, in between Alaka has misbehaved and shown her attitude and Alambhusha disagrees with any problems. After my continuous follow they gave me Olaplex treatment which your Customer Care Head Nidhi Kapoor claims to be compimentry. I would also like to state the "complimentary" treatments for correction were anything but such those were simply to help me regain some of the moisture in my hair and have currently failed to do so. I hope to see you rectify this issue and I hope that there is a proper treatment plan created to solve my issues. I had taken lazer treatment package from VLCC in the month of May/June 23 . I was promised 2 complimentary and 6 paid sessions. I had also taken a trial session for which I paid seperately. After trial session when I was leaving I was not given any bill n I was told they will send me e bill. On receiving the e bill when I chkd it I saw sittings different from what I was promised. On enquiring I was told it is for their centres reference. My sittings ie 2+6 will be provided to me. But to my utter surprise my trial session was also actually included in the mains

Safderjung vlcc branch worth rs 60k in which 6 sessions are there 3 are uck n 3 are normal PRP as i am the residant of kashmir at that time i was in delhi so at the time of taking this package i asked them
Is this service is available in kashmir also because i have to shift to kashmir back within some time so i take this service only when it is available there they said yes it’s available at each n every branch of vlcc so i trust them n start the package but after visiting kashmir they said we dont have such kind of service here even not in a single branch of kashmir had this after that i get married and got pragnant and cant able to

I had taken Coolsculpting Purpule Card (P) package in 07.08.2019 from VLCC, Model Town New Delhi branch. At the time of booking i was told by the VLCC folks that the packages are transferable to whichever city VLCC is located.

The sessions were on halt due to covid situation and I was transferred to Hyderabad by my employer. I have done lot of liasonig in VLCC and VLCC Delhi and partially my services transferred to VLCC Hyderabad.

During my visit to Delhi I went to VLCC delhi and requested the manager to transfer my all balance services to Hyderabad. VLCC Model Town Delhi manager delhi was reluctant not to transfer my balance services saying you can take services in delhi whenever you come here. That was so ridiculous response from a VLCC employee, without applying any mind that how can a person will travel to delhi just to take VLCC services.

I spoke to Manager, Delhi and gave them two options for transferring services either in Hyderabad or in Raipur My current location and it was assured that, suitable action shall be taken by them to transfer the services in Hyderabad. I am left with substantial purchased packages/services and in last 2 years more than 5-6 managers have been changes and every one gives assurance to transfer the services however no action has been taken till date.

Beside confirmation of transferring the services in other cities by the VLCC at the time of purchase and now they are not doing so.

This is fraud and cheating!!!

I either want full refund of the services i had paid for which was 114407 rs or i want the services transferred to my location (Raipur vlcc Shankar Nagar Raipur Chhattisgarh Pin-492001. Else, I shall initiate legal action against you for such fraud. Thanks..

I want my refund as chd sector 35 c are not providing any services they don't have time to call back

I don't want to continue any session as I have a lot time in waiting due to no response and miss information by Anandapur Center Kolkata. I suffered a lot of mental harrasment. I want rest of the session money back by 24 hrs otherwise I would complaint to consumer forum

Am writing this grievance out o[censored]tter frustration from your staff at VLCC Noida Sector 18 who has encashed treatments worth of 150000 from me and have delivered zero value in the past one year. I had come to VLCC for acne correction and spot correction in December 2022 after giving me peel treatments worth Rs 25000 there was barely any change on my face, post which the Doctor Mansi, Ila, Anshul and Priya suggested me to go ahead for a combination treatment of PRP and derma pen this costed me around 48000, after going ahead for these sessions till I could not see any remarkable difference in my skin, after this these 4 people suggested me to go MNRF work 80000 along with 4 sessions of some skin lightening treatment, in the past 6 months they have not given me a single session of MNRF or the other treatment, each time I visit the clinic I am just given peel treatments. The doctors and staff lie and sell the treatments to customers like me who have faith in the fairness of an establishment like VLCC I have never seen such an incompetent set of people running an office, every time there are scheduling issues, the staff is extremely rude and even the doctors that are there in my opinion misguide patients a lot. I have seen no value in the treatment that has been offered to me, it is my humble request to refund the money that I have spent with VLCC and take some actions against the staff, I would be willing to visit the center and talk to the supervisors at length to describe the ordeal that I have faced with VLCC in past one year.

Hello, I have taken Laser Hair Reduction- full Body from VLCC Good Earth Mall gurgaon. I only went there for my facial hair, but I bought full body laser. I took it Beacuse When they sold me this full body laser packet they promise me that my hair will go away 95 to 100 percent. I was keep asking about it, how is this possible? The Manager in Good Earth Mall Chandani Sharma insuresed me that its her guarantee if anything happen she is there. First the Manager left the job in that branch and not picking up my call and than now that branch Good Earth Mall vlcc is closed, they shiffted me to the new branch, it also took me long and very difficult process for me to sift in new branch, i don't want to compliant about that right now may be later. Here is my priority my full body laser treatment. I have taken 6 session till now and only 1 session left but the result i am expecting and promised by vlcc is not good enough. I have paid a good amount of money for this package but result is not good. Don't know whom to contact for my concerns and questions. Now the girl who does my treatmen saying buy again same pakage of 50, 000 rupees and take that treatment again. she is saying that you have to take multiple package because hair won't go in ine treatment (7 sitting), which they did not tell me earlier. Please either refund my money or solve my problem. I don't want to waste my money again.

They fool customers in the name of hydrafacial and they provide normal facial, they say that their staff are well trained but the fact is they are from normal parlour experience
