I am a client of vlcc - chennai - alwarpet branch. I had paid for laser hair removal rs.25000- (6sessions). I had taken only one sessionin august month of 2017. I had paid them half of the amount of rs.15000. I was unwell continuously and was unable to travel. I have severe leg pain and other health problems and had been continuously visiting the hospital. So i requested them to cut my one session treatment amount and refund me the rest of the amount. But they are not giving my money back. I feel cheated. There is no transperancy which we get like in other health and wellness clinics.

    On 23 aug, i made a booking for full body laser hair removal for my wife. At the time of booking, they did not tell anything about any complications during pregnancy. I made the full payment of 60000. This was in the aundh center, pune.

    On 28 aug, on the preliminary counselling, the doctor said it is not advised during pregnancy. Since we were planning to conceive, we said we do not want to go ahead with the process. Nothing had been done so far in the name of the process. Only the payment was done. No sessions.

    First, they said it is non refundable.

    Then they said they can put it on hold during pregnancy. But since it was not known how long it would be before we decide for the process, we refused.

    Then they said to take vouchers. It was not a small amount so we refused.

    The doctor who sold us the package has left vlcc. Her name is manisha.

    The head of the aundh center, named nisha, was less than helpful and always blunt even when i had already been following up for four weeks when i first talked to her. Not even a friendly voice.

    She refused to even try. I mentioned i would have to submit a consumer court complain but no use.

    Since then, i have been trying to work the cancellation through the customer service but they always only deflect. No response from their customer service mail ids.

      I ordered 3 products from vlcc personal care on 2 october 2017. They only sent a receipt to my mail id then after no information. I tried tracking it also but it only shows that the product is in process. It has been one month since now but i only called to know about the product. When i third time called they informed that product is out of stock then i only called them for each and every information they don't send a single mail regarding the information. Many times they also give some stupid reason tor not delivering it at a time. The service they provide is worst. Yet it is not delivered they are continuously telling me the same thing, asking about the order no. I don't know how long more they will take to deliver to my address.

      Now I won’t even order from Vlcc as part of my mistake I didn’t see this complaint update and called to the Vlcc customer care service they many times disconnected the call them no pick up and and always spoke same line that your order was placed it was shipped but no one receives and your service is very poor.

        Hi i was a regular customer of vlcc delhi but as i shifted to jammu now vlcc jammu gandhi nagar is a very poor in providing its service. I wanted to had a hair color but they are self confused and do not know how to color properly. They do not have even 3 different hair colors and gave me a choice for 2 to select in fashion color. The vlcc brand name is spolied here in jammu.

          Money centered approach of vlcc staff in ludhiana center. I went to avail today some 500 rs coupon which i got from shoppers stop. Firstly they convinced me their best to take their paid service. They told me that my skin need facial and they will charge 1200/- for that. I agreed for that. And when i went to pay the girl at reception said u give 1416/- because taxes are extra.

Vlcc status is that my order is shipped and when i tried to track my awb at holisol, it says that there is not such awb number at there end. I do not understand what the hell is going on. I have paid rs 1835 and vlcc is also blocked my calls.

            1. History and background

            • my name is nita mahanta and i am a client of vlcc mahalaxmi layout bangalore since 2010.
            • in 2010 i successfully underwent a weight loss programme and my respect for vlcc was very good.
            • based on my experience in 2010, i again went through a weight loss programme in 2015. But i am sorry to say and put on record that i was burnt in my right waist due to excessive heat from the cello treatment. One shiela (Currently on rolls) provided the treatment. It was a very painful experience and... Also manager gargi kapoor and ruby charging extra money even didn't give me any receipt against my treatment.
            I want immediate action on these girls.

                  I went to vlcc jodhpur park, kolkata center for an appointment which i got through a call for a trial laser session for underarms. But they kept me waiting for almost for 2 hours just for a simple consult about the session. Then they told they are not getting the offer and asked me to pay!!! When i denied to pay there behaved very rudely and told me to leave!! What kind of behavior is this? This was pure insulting. Very much disappointed with your service. Will never ever go to vlcc.

                    I visited vlcc located in agra. Customer service was so bad. As i was taken appointment frm last 2 daya but due to my busy schedule i wasn't be there. But on friday 6th oct 2017 i visit there without any appointment and i request them to please make my hair cut only bcoz i need to pick my train today.. And even i request the customer too.. And i was the old customer of vlcc so i expected that they will consider my issue. But unfortunately the hair dresser doesn't respond. They wasted my 30 min due to which i missed my train. I understand rules and regulations are imp. But the way they treated it was disgusting.
                    I hope vlcc team will take some action against agra centre "hair cut deoartment. Otherwise i will go to the top management for the same

                      I visit always vlcc since 1 year by hearing your good services and good responses... But today all the that impressions are washed out... Today i faced very bad service at nellore vlcc. Really this damages ur reputation and goodwill. I came to vlcc for haircut today at 5:28 pm i waited up to 7pm still there is confusing response. Whenever i asked how much time will take to the head of the branch they told that jst 5 to 10 min. I think in this branch 5 to 10min means 5 to 10hrs... I hope u can able to provide good result for me due to this bad service... There is no betterment for any business unless there is no good service...

                        When i used vlcc lip balm i got allergy and rashes under my lips. My lips have become dark and i need this issue to be resolved. The same case happened with mother also when she used the lip balm. I thought i was allergic to this product and i stopped using it but it's the defect in the product. My mom's lips also become dark when she had nice pink lips. If this case isn't resolved i would definitely take this issue to the consumer court and get the justice.

                          Hi team,
                          I bought this snigdha skin whitening night cream worth 405 with expiry dated as 01-20 few days back. I used this cream only once and post that i could not sleep entire night due to excessive itching and rashes. The itching is continuous even on 2nd day. I visited doctor and he has not to use any vlcc items. I recently bought vlcc scrub, toner, almond under eye cream, now i am scared to use any product and i feel cheated with this investment, this highly disappointing i do not think i will ever recommend vlcc products to anyone. I want complete refund of my items.

Dr. Rupali give me a fake commitment nd she also not take tax from me nd she is not pick my call nd not giving me any respones it is a very horriable expercine in vlcc i suggest everyone dnt go any treatment from vlcc.                               I was charged rs 499 plus gst at jodhpur park vlcc kolkata 700068 for a 2 simple hair trimming. My sister in law and my cousin got a much better haircut for rs 200 and they booked my appointment on good faith. My hair is very thin and shoulder length and in every renowned parlour i am charged maximum 200 to 250 for a simple trim. I got the same cut by at such an alarming high price. I was just shocked and surprised. They named it upstyling and trust me everywhere every1 is asking if i actually went for a haircut or not.!! My hair looks the same wid no change. Why i was falsely charged?? I consider this cheating a valued customer!! I paid rs 3575 for a facial haircut and threading. I shud immediately get a refund of the excess amt charged

                                I have taken b line therapy in jalandhar they told me results will be there after 3 sittings and asked me to take 10 sittings after booking of my 10 sittings when i told them that there are no results visible they asked me to take advanced therapy whereas before therapy they never said to take advanced therapy they cheated me it was complete waste of time and money i made a complaint against them they informed me that i will get a call from jalandhar centre and they will resolve my problem but i got no call.                                   Dear sir,

                                  I ms. Rashmi narkar has been an employee in vlcc health care / wellness for 5 years (Emp11794), have left the company since last one year. Would like to complain about the provident fund not sanctioned by the company. I have done several follow ups with the hr team and also called many times for the same, they dont pick the call many times and if they answer the call they tell that they will be transferring the call to the hr person but still this has not been taken into consideration and now its been almost one and a half year they have not yet sanctioned the pf. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you in advance.

                                    Its me harleen from jalandhar i have taken a b line treatment in jalandhar centre they told me you will get guaranteed results nd when after completion i told them i can see no result they didnt bothered even and nobody listened to me.. Poor services and products waste of time and money
                                    They didn't provide me right treatment and took 14000 rs for the same but i have zeo percent effect of same i want my money to be refunded
