I have took slimming package on[protected] . Amount 59000.00 after 3 sitting I didn't use that I asked them for refund due to iam not able to go centre in pendamic but they deny.please refund my amount

Used wrong products and aggravated skin allergy. Poor equipments with rust, smell and dirt.

I took full body laser treatment in July but it didn't worked at all. I have shared videos with center manager Bhawna and Arpita. Already paid 21000 rs.and want to cancel further payments.

It's very sad that vlcc has been cheating people with fake promises.
I paid 30000 for removal of freckles through laser treatment and they convinced me to give best result in 04 months and 80-90% reduction of freckles. In the start they used to call me and give appointments frequently until I paid the whole amount. Later on they started avoiding calls, even I had to call them for appointments and some times they did not pick or call back. I had taken 04 peels and 2 PRP but trust me all were waste of money, had not seen any result on face even the face looked more old than before. It's been 10 months and have been struggling to get appointment. If any how I get appointment they usually cancel it out.
Even they don't have qualified professionals.
Every time I needed to visit again for the poor service.
When we complaint about poor services at vlcc center, they start behaving so unprofessionally. Feel like money gone waste. Request u to either fulfill ur promises or give my money back to me.

The person who is doing laser hair reduction is not having any knowledge about laser equipment.
I should tell her which colour to select, she misses many areas untreated negligent in doing her job.
How to approach vlcc management and complaint about them.

I recently joined jankpuri center some how I skip my appointment schedule no one bother to reschedule appointment or ask for next appoitmet I guess center people doesn't bother with client they just want money. I am writing to express my deep concerns and disappointment regarding the makeup course I have been attending as a student in the makeup learning program at VLCC institute, Dwarka. My student ID is SAM/IN2032/04291, and I am enrolled in the Absolute Makeup and Hair Artist Program.
Over the past, since my admission(february), my experience in the makeup learning program has been characterized by a lack of proper demonstrations and the provision of inaccurate information by the faculty as so many faculties got changed in this 8 to 9 months of duration of my course. The consistent provision of incorrect and repetitive demonstrations that not only wasted my time but also hinder my learning progress which has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
To provide a clearer picture of this problem, I wish to bring to your attention the following concerns:-
1. Incomplete course content: A significant portion of the makeup course, particularly the theoretical aspects, has not been adequately covered. The curriculum that was promised when I enrolled has not been delivered as expected and faculty said that this is not required or needed. if the content is not needed than why it is mentioned in the syllabus.
2. Poor communication: There has been a lack of clear communication regarding my class schedules and I am not getting any time table or schedule of my classes. When I spoke to faculty regarding this she was very rude and said go talk to the person who took your admission. This has caused me confusion and frustration over who should I talk to because I already spoke to HOI regarding this so many times but this issue hasn't been resolved.
3. During makeup classes, faculty often seems engaged on her phone and fails to address students' questions or concerns effectively. I have experienced very unprofessional behaviour of VLCC makeup faculties.
4. Faculty frequently neglect to provide comprehensive and coherent makeup demo's, making it exceedingly challenging for me to grasp fundamental makeup techniques and principles. I was initially let to believe that my intelligence would be an asset, allowing me to excel in the makeup learning program. The notion that intelligence alone would suffice has been detrimental, as it led me to invest significant time and financial resources in this course. Despite being assured that my intelligence would serve as a foundation of success, the time I have spent in makeup classes and the funds I have invested in this program feel like wasted.
Since my admission, I have only wasted my time and money here because of the unprofessionalism of VLCC faculties and environment. No correct demonstration given to me, I feel like nothing i have learnt so far please see the refer/attached images. Now I have wasted enough time. I want to get my money refunded as here I not only wasted my time but money as well. For your kind information I am attaching some of my demonstration pictures, so you can very well understand my issue and concerns. I took admission here just because of the professional name of the institute so that i can learn professionally but here the environment is very pathetic and unprofessional, one can learn good knowledge with local salons then why do people come here at such a huge amount of fee.

I had no idea about laser related services untill I visited the vlcc salon for a normal face wax routine where in I was convinced to take permanent laser hair reduction service worth 18k + GST which costed me around 21k. I was told 6-7 session are sufficient for the face permanent hair reduction and you'll good to go, but today after 30 days of my final/last session I see hair growing back in the same manner and thickness and when I shared my concern at the salon they say ma'am this was ment to happen as one has to take maintenance sessions too which is a must and will cost you another small amount!!! Now the thing is weren't they supposed to tell me this on a prior basis, a customer must be completely informed when he/she has zero knowledge about the service and I swear If I knew this would happen, then I really feel I shouldn't have spent my money in here on VLCC instead I should have consulted a proper dermatologist, atleast they would be genuine.

I went for a consultation at VLCC phase-1 Gurgaon centre a few days back for spot weight loss, the coordinator told me about some weight loss therapy and quoted prices for it along with coolSculpt without explaining the therapy procedure very well to me.
She in conversation took my phone number entered it somewhere and asked for the OTP and without me even realising had me enroll for the two on EMI, it took me a moment to grasp that. But trusting her words and VLCC brand name I did not object and went ahead with it.
Today I took my first weight loss therapy session and it was just not as per my requirement. I clearly explained that I want to lose fat at a certain spot but this was some heat therapy which obviously won't do any spot reduction for me. I felt foolish to have trusted and gone ahead solely on the basis of brand name. My trust in that centre of VLCC is badly shook and it's such a pain to see my hard earned money go in vain like this.
I request you to kindly cancel the service that I've been enrolled into by bluff and make a refund of my money. I hope you will save my trust in your brand name and products through this, if not services.
Also, please have the people visiting you talk to a doctor and not just a saleswoman who ruins the reputation of your brand with such tricks.

I am writing to provide detailed feedback and express my extreme disappointment regarding the services I have received at VLCC Patna, Bander Bagicha, over the past year. My experience with VLCC has been marred by various issues, and I believe it is crucial to address them for the sake of your brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.

To provide a comprehensive overview, here are the key issues I and my family/friends have faced at VLCC Patna: 3rd Floor, Nutan Plaza, Bandar Bagicha, Near Dak Bungalow, Patna, Bihar, 800001

Inadequate Hydra Facial Treatment: I had a Hydra facial done, which was supposed to use specific products and machinery. However, the staff performed it manually, without disclosing the products used. This resulted in an aggressive skin reaction, causing severe itching and discomfort. I had to consult a doctor and take anti-allergic medications to alleviate the symptoms. I shared a photo with the staff, but there was no response.

Denied Kera Smoothening Service: I booked a session for hair smoothening, but the staff refused to provide the service, citing the current condition of my hair, even though I had previously received the treatment.

Asymmetric/poor Hair Highlights: When I opted for hair highlights, I emphasized the importance of a proper job, given my work requirements and the dissatisfaction my sister had to undergo for the same procedure earlier. Unfortunately, the result was highly unsatisfactory. The hair color was uneven, and it bled excessively, making it impossible to wear light-colored clothing for an entire month. The staff's response was unhelpful and blamed my hair quality and hairline alignment. (PFA)

Incorrect Product Usage: During a head massage, I discovered that the staff was using body massage oil instead of the appropriate product for hair. This raised concerns about the use of expired or substandard products.

Inadequate Slimming and Weight Loss Treatment: The slimming and weight loss treatment lacked proper monitoring, as my pre and post-treatment measurements were not taken. I was rushed through the process, and the staff seemed disinterested and concerned just to take a signature on their register.

Inadequate Waxing: Waxing services left unwaxed patches, and staff tried to conceal them with excess oil instead of properly addressing the issue.

Poor Eyebrow Threading: Eyebrow threading resulted in noticeable cut marks on my skin, despite repeated reminders to be careful. (PFA)

Ineffective Haircuts: Haircuts did not address split ends adequately, and the hairstylists appeared indifferent to providing a proper service.

Inefficient Naturica Hair Fall Treatment: A costly Naturica hair fall treatment concluded in just 15 minutes, with no willingness to redo the session when I expressed dissatisfaction because the staff had to leave early.

Incomplete Keratin Smoothening Treatment: A friend received a keratin smoothening treatment on my package that lasted only an hour and lacked essential procedures like hair steaming, leading to no improvement in hair quality. She was not called on the following day to get her hair washed and was said we had already washed it.

Dissatisfactory Haircuts for Family Members: My brothers also received haircuts at VLCC but were so dissatisfied that they had to seek corrective services elsewhere.

Ineffective Detanning and Facials: Family members who availed of facials and de-tanning treatments did not witness any positive changes; instead, their skin quality worsened.

This week as I had an important event coming up I took another facial (on the recommendation of their-house doctor) and ended up with some big pimples on my face along with deep pores(This time it was completely manual with no usage of machines). Otherwise, my face is not this sensitive and I have very smooth skin and healthy skin with absolutely negligible pimple breakouts.
Additionally, I have experienced skin allergies due to the products used at VLCC and have been disheartened by the staff's attitude, suggesting that better service is only achievable through bribes and personal comments about customers' appearance by the staff.

I would like to formally request the following actions:

Immediate Termination of My EMI: I request that you cease any further charges to my EMI account, as I have lost faith in the services provided by VLCC.

Complete Refund: I am seeking a complete refund for the package I purchased, which amounts to INR 118, 000.

I have attached supporting documents and videos for your reference. I urge you to investigate the issues raised and take appropriate action to address them. Failure to do so may lead me to explore other social and legal avenues for resolution.

I sincerely hope that VLCC will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the quality of services provided to customers.

Opted for this costly service where in results were promised in 3 months time. Absolutely 0% result and when I complained about this to vlcc centre head and area head as well, I was put on the diet program. I told them to show me before after results and when I escalated, they took the after results. There is no tracking, followups. They just give up and encash on your money with those fancy looking machines having no result. They Infact see to it that customer dont come back with painful services. See the photograph, when I complained, was treated so harsh on tummy that it created rashes all over.

Tried calling their call center and you are lucky if they pickup your call. Only thing the vlcc call center person will tell you is to write an email to [protected]@vlcc, which I did many time but they don't care even to acknowledge emails. This bad the Orgnization is, that they just find ways to conviniently rob customer money.

Desired Resolution -
I want my service to be redone by showing results of before and after. If not then they should remove their claims and service from their offering as well as refund all existing clients money who fell for this trap.

I am regular cline tof VLcc since fifteen years.. in 2021 I had taken twenty session and due COVID i couldn't complete the session.. later I conceived and after delivery i visited Vlcc again in Aug and took new package.. i had four old sesssion and asked the faculty to check.. when they gave me the details one session was scratched intentionally... why is this done to me .. I want to know the reason and person who has done this...

I went to VLCC for weight loss management and offer specially asking for cold sculpting but what happened was he explain to me about goals club sculpting and is topic went of grid which I did not realize and coxed me to signup for the sessions which are provided by VLCC for contoring and skin tightening that is 4999 and included other treatments of worth 22225 but in the and I ended a paying a 26225 total for the treatment and 2 sessions later i found out that it is not the treatment i ast for at all. I was not aware of I thought it was cool sculpting and these are the things which are necessary to do cool sculpting but after 2 days when I went in 3rd day I got to know that the treatment is completely different and it's not what I ask for and staff refuses to admit it is different from what he explained and said that this is what he told me about if there was anything different I would have written it or in a paper and also tried to cox me to get laser hair removal and I refuses but the coxed me into paying 1000 as down payment for it so in the end in total scamed me 27225

I called Monday to vlcc Whitefield branch[protected] and enquired about body massage and hydrafacial. The girl told she is not aware and she has to check with colleague. Also promised a call back in 5 minutes. I didn't get any call from them. After 5 hours I called them again. They told they are about to call (lie only). I told I will call back for appointment. Today from morning I am calling, nobody responding. I made around 15 calls. Then I called to HSR branch[protected] and asked why no response from Whitefield. They noted my number and told will call back shortly. After 3 hours, I called again. They put me in hold and disconnected. If this is the attitude of staffs, I don't want to visit VLCC even for free service.

Hello, this is zeenal, it was my 4th session of peeling. The doctor does not know about how much time she should left perl on my skin. Even she was asking me about the last time that for how long other doctors left the peel. Then she said we will keep this for half and hour after 15 min the tingling was unbearable so i asked her to remove the peeling in my underarms.
Frosting is there, burn is there. Even see splash the peeling solution so carelessly here and there in my arm i got marks there also.
Its been two months and more since i am visiting vlcc for the solution. They kept prescribed me ointments for so long. I dnt even get benefited by any of their prescribed ointments/creams and moisturiser. I have already spend the money on there costly package and now they are making me to spent on their prescription also.
Kindly look in to matter. I have already tolerated enough the loss they have created. Also had given them enough time to look into this matter but i think they are so careless about someone's skin.

Hope you will look in to the matter on urgent basis.

I joined vlcc weight loss program I didn’t get desired results and they willingly didn’t give appointments and instead of focusing on my current program and the results keep forcing me to take another things and in they called me ma’am when are you coming to take session and when i reached there told me your program validity is expired they jst thing that we have that much of free time and make fool o[censored]s jst so much of disappointment from Vlcc vaishali nagar staff

We went to avail VLCC services but were victims to probably the worst customer services I have ever witnessed. We were screamed upon by the owner when asked to clear and justify some misunderstanding owing to their VLCC service card. The owner was extremely aggressive and brazen in attitude while proving her point and even denied services to us when everything had been discussed. We had to finally leave; the service card that we had purchased is a complete waste of money. Hoping this gets resolved at the earliest and serious action be taken agaibst the salon.

On Sunday 22nd a message from VLCC has been sent regarding use of services at VLCC Pusa Road, and a bill in my name "Warisha Mariam" has been sent. I would like to inform you that I have not received any services neither visited VLCC Pusa Road since last three years.
I have earlier availed slimming package five years back and has been incomplete and the benefits and remaining package is still left and I have not used those services since then.

I want to report this fraud and lodge a police complaint about the wrong doings that your company is offering.
