We went to avail VLCC services but were victims to probably the worst customer services I have ever witnessed. We were screamed upon by the owner when asked to clear and justify some misunderstanding owing to their VLCC service card. The owner was extremely aggressive and brazen in attitude while proving her point and even denied services to us when everything had been discussed. We had to finally leave; the service card that we had purchased is a complete waste of money. Hoping this gets resolved at the earliest and serious action be taken agaibst the salon.

On Sunday 22nd a message from VLCC has been sent regarding use of services at VLCC Pusa Road, and a bill in my name "Warisha Mariam" has been sent. I would like to inform you that I have not received any services neither visited VLCC Pusa Road since last three years.
I have earlier availed slimming package five years back and has been incomplete and the benefits and remaining package is still left and I have not used those services since then.

I want to report this fraud and lodge a police complaint about the wrong doings that your company is offering.

Vlcc batala charged 1000rs for men hair cut.and made foolish excuses for this

I visited VLCC JP Nagar, Bangalore for a hydra facial.I had told the beautician that I have sensitive skin previously.
During the facial while trying to remove blackhead, the device she used gave me severe inflammation.

She didn't tell me about the severity during the facial and just said there is som inflammation, post the facial when I saw my face it had marks all over my nose and right cheek.

I had visited Punjabi bagh branch a few days back for laser treatment and the supervisor of the branh Ms Rinku who was there that time mis guided me and and wanted to stooge money from me. She is not a proper supervisor and how can VLCC employ such selfish and rude and unobliging staff with them. She was very mean her tone was very bad and she does not know how to manage client or talk to them. I felt she is not promoting vlcc but promoting herself. My daughter who is 26 years old try to comfront her but she rudely said that you guys when don’t afford why you come to vlcc which are for millionaires. This is soooo mean of her. I am still in state of shock. I mean how can she say this and i urge vlcc to look into the matter with her and serious action should be taken

I had availed long term packages from VLCC Palam Vihar Gurgaon Branch in the month of March 2023
Now suddenly VLCC has closed its Palam Vihar branch and all its near by branches without any information to the customers

I am writing to inform you of the fraudulent activity at VLCC Malviya Nagar Fitness Center. Despite several complaints made to various individuals, I am certain that no one from your team at the center has passed on my concerns.

I have exhausted all possible ways of filing a complaint, including verbal complaints to the center's manager, VLCC call center, and Twitter, but I have not received any response. I had booked a few products from Bellewave range in January 2021 and paid in advance but have not received the products or a refund to date. Moreover, after making several complaints, a manager named Shiva handed over expired products, which I have tweeted about, and I have attached the file.

I have made several complaints about the money, products, and services I have received and have been patient enough, but I can't take it anymore after hearing statements such as "aapko do saal baad yaad ara hai paiso ka."

It's disheartening to see that highly skilled and well-behaved people are no longer working at VLCC, and that people with no customer skills and arrogance have taken their place, managing the center with no sympathy for customers who have been wronged by their own team members.

I no longer want to continue any services with VLCC and request that you cancel all ongoing services and process the refund. I have been burnt during laser treatment, expired products have been used on my skin, and people with no skills and authorization have performed laser treatment on me. I have taken several sittings and have not received the promised results to date. Moreover, when I needed a session with a doctor for my skin treatment, someone I don't know performed a facial, causing me to develop acne and an allergy. I was charged INR 6000 on the day of the event I had to attend, and when I complained, the center was unapologetic and canceled the amount. They did not even provide a brochure or justification for the charges they levied.

I have suffered enough and cannot tolerate this nonsense anymore. I urge you to consider my concerns sincerely and cancel all my services with VLCC while refunding my money.

Opted hydrafacial and pedicure which was not upto the worth.Staffs are not trained properly.When I insisited her to remove the black heads she tells that sessions has to be proceeded or the results which is totally unfair.As a cosmetologist I know abt the results from first session.The products used where also not recommended.
For pedicure service they have charged the rate for french pedicure where they did basic and that too it was not proper.Cuticle remnants are present as such.Tariff was different in the brouchure.But while asking they said rates are changed and cheated amd looted money for the service which was not provided.Definitely action has to be taken.

My mother & I started availing laser treatment at the good earth center as Dr. Bitai was there and we trusted her opinion only. We traveled from Paschim vihar to Good earth center sector 50 for every session. After treatment my case had worsened and we informed Dr Bitai as well. Sonia was our laser executive throughout but in one session taken by some other executive my skin was also burnt. Due to covid, our sessions had stopped and we could not avail the same. We had called the good earth center multiple times to transfer our case to punjabi bagh center as it would be convenient for us but they always responded by saying that the staff has left, we don't have your file etc. In 2023, after calling Dr Bitai, Punjabi bagh center and good earth center multiple times we were able to get one emergency session but now we can't get an appointment for the sessions that weren't given to us as they require our file to do so and good earth has lost them. What are we supposed to do now:? Even Dr. Bitai has left the organisation. Our money will go to waste. We have attached some photos to help find the documents. The photo is of an extended session, the initial bill is not with us. Payment for the extended session was made by card but the initial bill that was generated was on 0% Emi with Bajaj Allianz. Please help us at the earliest.

They are opening the loan account without my concern and also the information given by then was wrong information.

I have taken Facial Services at VLCC Bhandarkar Road Pune Branch, First of all I have charges more amount on the facial which is provided, then at time of payment they asked to pay some amount and bill is also not provided. The Facial service which was given saying that its will give 100% result, but I am not got any result ...from that ...I want my money back as I had pay Rs 4000/- on for facial and then too result are not effective and not as per promise done by them. I m very disappointed with the services.

This is in regards of subject, my name is Ruchi Sundriyal as I had took the package from Vlcc Malviya Nagar of Rs 88, 000 with No cost EMI from Bajaj Finserv but now due to Medical issue I am dropping out the services so kindly refund my money. I had a word with Bajaj Finserv concern person that it is ok to cancel the loan amount but I need a favour from VLCC to get my money back.
Due to my Medical issue I will not able to continue your service of Face, Legs and Hand attaching the invoice copy too.

What steps have u taken, almost 6.5 lakhs I have spent for cool, in the year 2023 March but still 5 cards left and they r always giving explanation that slimming required and now saying give 4 lakhs for lipo suction and we will adjust the money, the higher authorities are also telling that liile bit fatness after it is reduced we give cool sculpting one year gone, who will do the justice, vlcc r real beggars

My self-Vaibhav Bansal as per my concern started as I choose the VLCC for my face skin problem before 6 month at I took 2 services initially - facial and chemical peeling but no any benefit on my skin.

Again, I met to VLCC representative he told me to take at least 2-3 sitting more and assured me that i will get more benefit and agreement was finalized in Rs 22000 on EMI basis.
I took 3-4 seating more but I got no result. In addition my face condition became very bad .i called many time to vlcc team but I did n’t get any response they said we have client right now every time .i was very frustrated and still I have my 5-6 sessions left and my face colour is appeared blacker as compared to previous and feel frustrated.

Then I decided to change the Doctor and start treatment and getting benefit by new doctor.

Many time I requested to VLCC Ahmedabad for settlement of my account and refund my money for which I didn’t get any service so my concern is please refund my unexecuted amount as soon as possible.

I have paid for lazer hair removal treatment at VLCC Chandigarh and took a couple of sessions.
Now I have shifted to Jabalpur and I need them to shift my package.
I have been requesting and calling for more than 6 months but VLCC simply keeps telling you will receive a call and never called.
This is an absolute harassment as all my money has been taken already.
The only reason I choose VLCC was because I get the treatment PAN India.
Please help me out .

I took services of nearly 50 thousand including make up and facials, but their facial burnt my skin prior my brothers wedding and make ups were done very carelessly and awful . Highly disappointed by the make up artist and false promises made by them .

Hi Team,
My wife (Asha Thakrar) has taken services of INR 125000/- for weight loss where the Local Ahmedabad office manager told my wife to take one more round of weight loss service.
The Ahmedabad store manager convinced my wife to pay INR 5000 as deposit and verbally said you will get it back if you do not opt for any services.
My wife paid INR 5000 on her words and she got a message in her mobile as Payment receipt where there is no link to get receipt.
Now my wife asked for INR 5000 which was paid by her as she didn't like the approach & services of Ahmedabad S G Road Branch services. The manager refused by saying we have sent you a receipt and it is mentioned that it is non refundable. Please find attached screenshot of messages where there is no link to download any receipt for INR 5000/-.
First thing the Manager has clearly told my wife is that she will get money back if she doesn't opt for any services and second thing there is no receipt has been received from VLCC end Neither in Mobile Nor in Hard copy. Also VLCC staff has not taken any service booking form or any link approval where my wife has given written or online consent for non refundable deposit.
I am asking for money back as we are not satisfied with any services from VLCC and the behavior of staff.
Expecting your response as soon as possible.
