Hi Team, I joined VLCC in 23 Nov 2013 for weight reduction at Rajkot branch, I am very disappoint with the kind of treatment I got it. My issues:- -No one to follow up -No proper treatment -Not well trained staff & miss behavior -whenever I call to fix the appointment, i need to call at least 6-7 times for 1 appointment -Receptionist will take my to give me a call back but no body call, i only need to call n do the follow up -They said for Insulin test, I got it done spent INR 2500 But no appointment fixed from doctor for further action. After facing so much of problem I am completely DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. I need final settlement as VLCC need to refund my complete money.     Dear Sir / Madam We have purchased a VLCC product thru Star CJ and we got a coupon with that. Today when we visited Gujrawala Centre after taking prior appointment, they refused to entertain and given some base less reason of previous fire incident but they were ready to do service if we pay them We need answer to this problem that why we should not to to consumer court for this problem Person Contacted there is Miss Sangeeta

      I joined VLCC in Apr 2011 for weight reduction, I am very disappointed with the kind of treatment I got it.

      My issues:-
      -No one to follow up
      -No proper treatment
      -No experiences attendant for massages as i got the blood clots
      -Not well trained on Machines as I got the SHOCK
      -I use to reach by 6.30am and the attendant by 6.75am
      -whenever I call to fix the appointment,...

      I joined VLCC for weight loss program, my experience was they will take your money and after that will not care for their clients. At the time of weight measurement also they will write less weight in your improvement card. They cheat you in front of you. They will not the exact weight. Not good for weight loss..Plz dont waste your money on these cheaters.

        My sessions are coming to finish but still my D.N.A report is not come. And want to follow my diet according to my D.N.A report during my session periods as well as before the sessions But your clinic has taken my samples after 2 weeks of sessions. And today 2 weeks are completed but report is not come. So cant follow my diet according to D.N.A report. And another thing is clinic morning die titian don't have trust on customers about the payment of products. Because at early morning no one take his/her money.

          To whosoever it may concern, This is a complaint for the receptionist at VLCC Bhandarkar Road, Pune. I had enquired about a particular service if it is being provided ( eye brow waxing ) yesterday (28th May 2013) and without even listening to what I want in particular I was told by the receptionist that the service is available and was told to come the next day. The next day when I went to avail the service I was told by the beautician that they did not have the service. The receptionist in particular was extremely rude and was not ready to accept her mistake. This is not at all acceptable. On the day of enquiry I was a bit late ( around 7 in the evening ) and hence she was hurrying to leave and hence did not clearly hear me out. I live far and had come all the way from there just to know that he service was not available. I was unable to get her name but I'm sure she was the one in-charge of the desk. She wouldn't apologise nor would she accept her mistake. I will never recommend VLCC to anyone.

            i approached vlcc for hair smoothning in april, after first wash my crown area was stll wavy nd like before so they said dat they will redo the crown area so i again wnt for it, but after redoing the crown area my hair has become very dry rough nd giving a lifeless appearence...it looks as if i hav burned my hair.i am very disappointed in vlcc...they are not up to the mark...previously i had done smoothning in lakme 3 times but never faced this problem.i guess my switching over to vlcc cost me heavily.after spending 11000 rs i dnt even feel like touching my hair...i m never going there again.

              this is to complain about people in VLCC taking tips for their services from rich customers and making other clients wait ..I was scheduled an appointment @ 11.30 am and reached there before 10 minutes and while one of the service persons and myself were talking about hair colour and hair cut( these were the services i was about to take) the receptionist asked my service person to immediately attend another customer and as a result i had to wait for 15 - 20 more minutes... Every body has time constraints and i walked out of VLCC just ending up in having Hair cut and no colour..When i was waiting for 15-20 minutes I saw tips being given to that service provider apart from the bill .. So my question is should we also give more money apart from Bill in order to avail our appointed services????

                Hi, I am a member of VLCC at opp Grey Race Course centre in Baroda, Gujarat. I joined weight loss program and turbo slim program on 20th January, 2014. My area of concern was the middle portion of my body, specially tummy. I expected these programs to show quick result as been claimed by the VLCC staff, and on basis of which I joined. Since the program began, there has been a lot of focus on diet and exercise, which I have been following. I have been complaining since the beginning that the machines are not giving me required result and I had to follow a strict diet and exercise plan for any positive results to show. Today, I was asked to meet one Sumita Raj, who has come to visit this branch, for diet counselling. I discussed my food, lifestyle, exercise routine and explained all my concerns to her. After all the discussion, to my surprise she started questioning me with a raised eyebrow about what all I might be eating and was not telling her, blaming that may be the reason why I was not getting required results. I tried explaining her that I have been following a reasonably good diet plan because of which I lost some overall body weight also, so that should not be the area of concern. But the real problem was that the machines were not working well on my body and were not giving result on desired areas. To support this statement, I showed her that my weight, before today's session and after it, was same. But continuing her persistent arrogant behaviour she kept on arguing that I was hiding the facts about my diet and she could help only if I disclose those perceived facts. To this, I showed my dissatisfaction towards overall services and asked her if we could meet again at a later time to discuss the matter as I had another time commitment. But to my utter shock, she furiously shouted that even she was too busy and did not have time to meet me again. Continuing with her furious tone, she said that she was too busy to help me and she alleged that I was lying about my diet and that and I should discontinue the programs with VLCC. I am totally shaken by the whole incident and wondering what made her behave in such a shockingly rude and arrogant manner. Any esteemed customer cannot tolerate such a disrespectful behaviour. I complained about the whole incident through email to VLCC customer complaint service on 9th April, but till now I haven't received any reply from them. This shows how indifferent the management is about customer grievances. Thanking a lot in anticipation.                 Hi,

                This has reference to my email dated 9th April and again on 15th April, 2014. As been assured by you, I have still been eagerly waiting for any positive response from your side. It seems that no corrective action has been taken yet on the matter discussed.

                Also, as it was discussed that I should wait for a couple of days for a corrective action from your side, I am still not sure from when can I start resuming the services of VLCC.

                I am sure that customer grievances are handled in a much better way.

                  To VLCC teamMy name is dr priyanka.I got married last year in april 2013 n i took prebridal package of around 14000 from vlcc gk-2, new delhi..one of the renouned n posh branch.but i was totally unsatisfied with the treatment being given..starting with the treatment in february, i asked for temperature control but nobody listened and i had to get my things done shivering, staff over there was busy attending their children coming from school plus the facials given specially to brides costing 4500 per facial was useless..i would never recommend anyone to go to VLCC for any treatment..even local parlours are better at giving services for prebridal thing..

                    i wud like to tell that vlcc ludhiana centre is one of the most pathetic centres i have ever been to..i hv been to mumbai delhi centres they r good...but ludhiana is worst one...they have worst staff...they dont have any interest in giving services to customers...they r always busy in gossips n phone while doing facials...dont take interst at all in clients...do worst facials...every client is having problems with this centre...plz just close this centre or change the entire staff...i have been facing this problem for so long...this centre is of no use...

                      Greetings.. I would like to Introduce myself fat the first outset & t hen start with my complaint & agony

                      Myself Abhishek Sharma, working with an airline as Duty Manager & am sure your team would understand how important it is for me to lose weight & look fit & smart.

                      To start with the problem, I would tell your team that I had visited your SOUTH EX- BRANCH- PRITKIN in almost Dec2011 & wanted to start a program to reduce weight & tummy since there were some discounts were on. I met your Dr Mohit Aggarwal & spoke to him for which he had explained about some packages & all. But, I was a more than little worried to start the program since I had started with a backache problem about 2 months back in Nov2011 . I had shown the medical consuktation papers of Indian spinal Injury centre & specifically about my point of worry but I was told by Dr Mohit that it is ok to start the program & in a hurry he took the advance money plus a cheque for almost 27000 ruppees.

                      Later my health conditions deterioted & my backache kept on increasing & self could not start the program. I kept in touch with VLCC & got in touch with VLCC again in late 2012 & early 2013 to re start the program if my health conditions permit to reduce weight & submitted all my consultancy papers plus medicines i had been taking them for the corporate doctor Dr Anju Ghai but seems no one is interested in my plea & no body reverts to me inspite of several /multiple calls made to VLCC - SOUTH EX 2

                      But, then it seems VLCC team at South Ex including centre manager Shahida does not want to be fair on my part & does not to refund my money either but they are deviating from the main topic to reduce weight with m y present conditions though same had been conveyed to VLCC before starting the program & instead advising some crap alternative just to do away with the money so that somehow my money gets utilized with them as they does not want to pay back though it seems my conditions are not favourable for any exercise or hard work without aggravating pain which VLCC is just trying to hide AWAY with since inspite of so many calls no one reverts to me & i have to call up 100 times to get in touch with their centre manager though they always say that they tried calling me up but my phone not reachable which is absolutely false

                      Please intervene so that either I get the best package for my money in the tune of Rupees 27000 for last almost 2.5 years keeping my health conditions in mind or else I get my money back with interest as I had already clearly told Dr Mohit Aggarwal of VLCC about my health conditions & probable chances of it getting worst but It the consequences was hidden away from me after I pay up & my health conditions went further down as they falsely tried to implicate me & took the money from & I am not getting a satisfactory response from their side as well

                      Pls advise how to go about VLCC irresponsible behaviour

                        My Name is Pranita, I had joined vlcc at BIA Building, Patna 1 by paying the amt 36, 000, they promised me a 10 kg weight loss and reduce tummy with in 4 months, After regularly following their instructions I have not lost a weight and tummy, and again they convert my plan for beauty treatment after 50% discount. When I got appointment for beuty treatment they have cancelled my appointment several time .VLCC is very fake business doing.They are cheating clients very easily with false promises.My time and my money both waste and my patience also lost.Nobody taking care once u paid their duty finished. They play silly, cheap games with clients...

                        It's very sad that vlcc has been doing the same with everyone.
                        I paid 15000 for laser treatment and they convinced me to convert it into full package worth rs50000 with fake promises.
                        I have been struggling to get appointment. If any how I get appointment they usually cancel it out.
                        Even they don't have qualified professionals.
                        Every time I needed to visit again for the poor service.
                        When we complaint about poor services at vlcc center, they start behaving so unprofessionally.
                        I contacted vlcc customer care but still they haven't taken any action.
                        Vlcc seems completely fake and my money is completely stuck.

                            Vlcc is such a fraud. They promise complete hair reduction from chin in 6 sessions. At the end of 6 sessions there are still hair and now they are offering me discount for continuing sessions. When i said i cant see the expected result they said that me To get ultrasound as i may be suffering from PCOS. Without asking my medical history and without checking the problem they can cause u such a big syndrome. The doctor there is never interested in listening youR problem. She Only wants to chit chat and have her cup of Coffee. Very hurridlY she will finish up of appointment. I will nEver suggest anyone to go at vlcc.

                              Hi, I am in weight loss program for 10kg at patna 2 centre. I am having a worst ever experience. Your sales person are cheater here. When I came first time I have been told for 10kg plan and Gym for three months. I had told to Ms.Meenu the sales lady here that I will not be regular because my job includes excessive travelling so I will not be regular at your gym so it will not be worth for me to join three months because my money will be wasted in this. Ms. Meenu told me that no issue sir the day you will come it will be counted on that basis. On her commitment I paid for gym. Yesterday she called me and told that your gym period is over now you have to again pay for it. I have only used 31 days of gym and looses 7kg. When I told her you had committed for the days I will use but now she is refusing from her word. Now I would like to ask you whether this the way the customers are cheated by your sales people. Now please let me know what should I do becausing paying for three months and using only one month . Reason for not using was informed before joining. The peoples are here to cheat. And now asking to increase the weight plan.. for which I was ready but now after cheating I have to think hundred times before joining or telling anyone about vlcc to join. Regards Sadique Akhtar

                                I have taken package for beauty treatment in the vadodara vasana raoad center, I am totally disappointed with the center!!! They do not have stock of even simple product like wax!!! They are not even bothered to call customer and inform them that please do not come today due to nos. of reason!!! They do not have proper staf[censored] Whatever staff they have they talks too much!!! They do not give proper appointment and if atall they give they do not owner it!!! On the whole very very bad experience with VLCC, i will not recommend any one to go to vlcc and i will prevent going to vlcc to my friends and relatives. Pinky

                                  I have taken package at the local vlcc center here at vadodara, vasana road center but the center is not managed properly they give appointments but do not give the service may be because of lack of staff or they do not have the product available for the service, simple product like wax is also not in their stock for waxing, their staff talks too much, they give unnecessary advices, we are helpless because we have paid in advance! I am sorry to say that i am totally annoyed with vlcc!!!
                                  It is my request that your management should look in the problem because they are runing your name!!!
