Money taken in advance for cool sculpting 10 months back in vlcc patia but yet to implement cool sculpting

I took my admission in Noida sec-18 branch last month and also finance my fees with Bajaj finance of amount - Rs 1, 63000 and gave down payment of Rs. 13584 also, and till yet my wife didn't take a single class and suddenly I lost my job and not able to pay my installments and contact to vlcc sec 18 branch head - Anjali Ma'am and she miss behave with us and asked -

Fees wapas nhi hogi course krna hai to kro but kch refund nhi hoga job chli gyi to me kch nhi kr skti kaise bhi manage kro kch nhi ho skta, PG me rho ya jaise marji nhi to bhul jao course paise wapas nhi honge.

And we are not from delhi ncr and my home town is Alwar(Raj.), only relocated for this course but suddenly lost my job so how to manage these all things I don't know.

Please look into this matter and It's a humble request to you please refund my fees because m not taken a single class.

Its been 1.5 year but my full body laser still not yet completed and every time I have to take follow up for almost 2 months for the appointment. Very disappointed with the services. This time machine was not working fine so they cancelled my appointment instantly before 45 min of my appointment time. Is this the service ur brand is providing to there customers. This is really very pathetic. Sometimes they use to start another session during my session only. Everytime I see that most of the customers shouts there for this type of inconvenience. Pls look into this. This is so unprofessional

I have already submitted one compliant through you and there has been no response or resolution!! I am now complaining again and will ensure that I take this review to the social media accounts for VLCC where I will voice my concerns.
I went to VLCC nairobi Kenya on 30.12.2022 (Friday) and met with Pooja Sondhi the manager for what was meant to be a consultatio. She convinced me to take the cooltech treatment for fat loss and then took my credit card to run the amount immediately. I filled out no forms, no medical history and no measurements were taken so that the progress could be tracked.
She ran my card over and over agaon until she managed to get an approved amount from my bank - this is inspite of tellng me the 'special offer' was expiring on 31.12.2022
When the cooltech procedure was done by a member of staff, the pods were placed incorrectly as there was no drop in temperature, no pinching or sucking sensation at all for 70 minutes. I was also not bruised or even slightly sore, which was not usual. No massage manipulation was done and no cleaning of the area treated before or after.
I complained to Pooja and after an hour of arguing she agreed to repeat the procedure - and then did not wait to see me afterwards or to follow up on the other treatments included such as the lymphatic massage, exercise and nutrition. I feel conned and scammed out of Kshs. 50, 000 and I want a refund made immediately. This business is run on commission to this unprofessional and hostile manager and her total lack for client service, respect and care. Very very disappointed and if no response is received for the second time I will not hesitate to voice my complain further.

I am writing to file a complaint against the service that I 've have taken from vlcc 448/1, Rajpur road, Dehradun 248001. The head over there convinced me and my sister to take a combined package of Rs 100000 and told us that we can take any of the service from there and she promised us for best and visible result.
But we are totally dissatisfied with every treatment they did, there is no any visible results till now since June 2022. They are totally fraud now they changed their statement that we can't take laser treatment in this package and other higher treaments also. Staff has always misguided us from the day fisrt. it's just wastage of money and time for me and nothing else, I have already wasted a lot on this package. They are least bother about the consumer money they only know how to loot the money of the customer instead of given a standard service need for the customer.
We took several sitting of different treatments but none of them worked out and didn't got satisfied results. Worst treatments of vlcc .They have cheated on us very badly.
I just want say if you can't give what the consumer want and your treatments are so pathetic so why you make promises and misguide them.
I just request you to Refund My money.

I was trying to contact Vlcc Secotr 41 noida branch for my laser treatment appointment. But I was not getting any revert from them (as the staff who was looking into my bookings resigned ). So I called customer care and asked them to arrange . I got a call about my appointment confirmation on 05-02-23 . My booking was confirmed for 11-02-23 . However when I reached there I was informed that they did not have my booking and was denied service. I showed them the call records saying if I have received a call from the centre’s office no. I must have received appointment. However they kept denying saying they have no idea who called . Miss Arpita from Secotr 41 centre sis not help me about it .

Hi have been a very old customer of VLCC and have availed slimming and family membership as well in the past though I am not getting any discounts on general services, additionally was levied 2000 as GST on services worth 6000. The area manager, who knows that I am a loyal customer, didn't gave any discounts.
I need cashback from the last payment since I am not gonna fall for future discounts.

I have been a very old customer of VLCC, have availed slimming package and family membership as well in the past, though I don't get discounts on general services. Additionally was levied 2000 rs GST on services worth 6000. Anjali lakhani who happens to be the area head was at the billing counter but no discount. This is not only disheartening but also gives me a message that I shall not avail any more services in future at VLCC.
I am sure there won't be any cashback from this payment, hence will not fall for any future discounts. If you wish to keep my loyalty, I need cashback from this payment.

I have taken treatment for hair removal and VLCC had guaranteed that hair removal will be completely done in case of re growth we will solve it but no one is responding and they are denying on their commitments. Hope to get resolution from your end.

Face skin damaged by VLCC salipeel, it is due to carelessness and wrong use of chemicals. Later confirmed refund and repair and now denying to accept. All emails available.

Just because I am using a voucher from miss india. They kept me waiting for more than an hour. People coming after me got in because they're paying in cash and I'm availing voucher. Very heartbroken and waste of time.

YES, VLCC (wellness), ah wellness - really? sector 18, Noida, with all the center managers and counselors are classic examples o[censored]nprofessionalism, fake promises and apathetic.
In November 2018 Nov, I went to VLCC with a general enquiry for reduction of acne marks & how to get the glow back. The counselor at that point of time(Swati), now I can say, had no knowledge and only meant to sell the package. She called me no less than 10 times, checking what I thought of, she would give me a discount, also some extra services and what not.
Naïve me then(influenced by my sister's good experience with VLCC Mumbai), thought that services & experts would be at par, agreed to lay their unprofessional hands on my skin. I was given black peel, eno peel, glycolic peel, derma pen, rejuve and what not.
dr. Shruti Dhar took my case and started with Black peel which led to more acne. Then she put me on isotretinoin, with no check of my weight & age(I was not aware of these considerations then), which further worsened my acne. So I went to treat my acne scars and the centre gave me a face full of acne which was painful. When I questioned Priya & Shruti, they said we don't know why it happened and asked me to wait for acne to settle. Again after 3 months i went and they got eno peel twice and again the acne flared. This time I had lost myself. Priya had nothing to say and she never cared because money was already with them.
then covid hit and everything was on hold. When things opened, I called up Priya and she said she had left VLCC and I shall talk to Samriti(trust me she was even worse). I went and asked for a refund, but she literally begged me to give another chance and made me meet Dr. Neha. Well, in the entire journey, only Neha was the one I found genuine & concerned. She put me on adequate doses of isotretinoin with continuous monitoring. I was on medicine for 8-9 months, I only went to meet Neha to show the progress. After completion of the recommended dose, when I contacted Samriti, she had also left giving me Ela's number. I went to Ela, re-narrated the entire story, she said she will handle the damage and get the needful done. But after 2 sessions of Eno and a micro needling derma session by Dr. Tula, said that she cannot do anything further except rejuve.
Like WOW, what an accountability. Now when i am asking for refund basis she promised to help me, she has nothing to say. So initially to avoid any customer compliant as critical as mine, she gave committed meaninglessly and now she doesn't care because what VLCC only cares about is MONEY which is with these guys already.

I had done a smoothening treatment for my hair in November 2022, but my hair had gotten worse since then. I have been calling the salon staff of VLCC GORAKHPUR JABALPUR branch. But the manager was rude and offered a corrective service to my damaged hair. This means they know they used wrong products and damaged my hair.
I want compensation of this treatment

This is in reference to my experience at Mira Road branch for Laser Hair Reduction.
I had booked my 8 sessions for almost 50k in September 2021.
Due to some skin infection, I had skipped few months and some months were skipped due to unavailability of machine in the centre.

Apparently, the laser machine only stays available for 2-15th of every month in which they manage the sessions. So I always have to manage my time according to the centre and there’s hardly any choice of day or time.

Even after dealing with this, I did not see any desirable difference in reduction of hair for which I escalated to the centre manager, Nidhi.
The reason could be inefficient laser machine or lack of technicality in service.
The machine was repaired and replaced several times between my sessions.

Nidhi at first assured me that VLCC will take care of this and suddenly when 8 sessions ended, she started avoiding me by not picking up calls or saying she’ll get back and eventually never calling back.
I found this very disrespectful as to how she’s representing VLCC and treating customers in such a manner.

After seeing this treatment, I requested her to transfer my sessions from Mira Road to Andheri as I saw better reviews there.

After completing 8th session at Mira road, I completed my 9th session at Andheri and I saw some visible improvement in the service.

Andheri branch did a way better job and I was very satisfied with the result.
I wanted to be compensated with the loss of time and energy I spent for in Mira Road branch with additional 3-4 sessions at Andheri branch.

The reason I’m asking for 3-4 additional sessions is because the machine in which my session was completed were all in vain. Even the centre knows it and hence they were replacing machines that often. My sessions shouldn’t get counted with faulty machines.

Plus even if the machine was repaired, I had to come 2days for full body because the machine was incapable to complete the session in one go. It used stop working.

This the least I can expect from VLCC as a brand, for which I really invested 50k!

Not to forget the customer service of VLCC is truly pathetic at its highest form as they have no professionalism to deal with customer complaints.
After 2-3 months of sending email I finally received response from them stating they won’t be providing any sessions at Andheri branch.

My name is Shreyashi Jain, I started my laser hair reduction package with 7 sessions in September 2022 from Jaipur Malviya nagar Vlcc center and was assured that my remaining 4 sessions would get transferred to Noida center as I was about to move to Noida in coming months. Now, as I am residing in Noida, I want my remaining sessions to be transferred to a nearby center as promised by them but not getting any response, kindly help in this regard and resolve the issue as soon as possible

I the undersigned had availed the weight loss program in your Indore center at VLCC for
10kgs of weight loss, I was assesed and told for an expences amounting to Rs63000.00 and
I paid Rs.63000.00 for the same.

Initially I received good responce and came down by arround 3 kgs, after that I was
served on regular basis but with basic tratment only as such no improvement was seen
after that, I came back to by normal weight of 104 kgs and was stuck there for months
together, your experts told that it is the plateau region, from here the weight will come
down drastically, but nothing happened, than it was told that due to my Ureric Acid
medicine my weight is not coming down, but the medication I am taking since long my
Physician was of different opinion his opinion was that the medicine is used to reduce
inflation and it does not effect the weight.

I completed the first scheduled program without any improvement than I was advised for
another program for 20 days, to get th result I had accepted the same, I was surprised to
see that I was given only the basic treatment on daily basis when I objected that mere
basic treatment will not help than I was given some advance threapymy but no improvement
was seen, and I too lost the trust and was very much frustred as whenever I contacted
them they always come up with a new product and would try to convience me that it would
help me to achieve my targeted weight, utter frustrated I had stopped attending the
same.

I am associuated with VLCC since 1992 from your Nagpur center where my wife and daughter
had received a good result, as such I tried at Indore Center but I was totally
disappointment, they talk about business only and not services.

Being one of our old customer would request you to please justify my expences, hope you
would acceed my request and provide me the necessaary support, and would not compel me to
knock some other door

I went for a hair cut service at VLCC chembur, Mumbai yesterday and this was the worst haircut of my entire life. I asked him for long shirt Bob and after the haircut i said it is not looking good so the parlour guy tried to fixed it and made it worse. after coming back home I saw the picture from behind and it made me cry, my hair is looking SO BAD. Looks like I asked a child to cut my hair.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. Myself Neeti Yadav, is hereby bringing following few points for your information and kind consideration:-

(a) The case is pertaining to VLCC Dharampeth Nagpur centre whose centre head is Mrs. Anju.

(b) I visited VLCC for my acne and pimples treatment, on which Mrs. Anju met me with Dr. Bushra Dermatologist at VLCC Dharampeth Nagpur. After being examined, I was advised to take some peels and Mrs, Anju made a package of some 8 (eight) sessions of three different types of peels, I agreed upon that and made the payment in one go for all the sessions. Thereafter my treatment started, initially I had been told that the treatment would be given by Dermatologist only, the first session was given by dermat there after the sessions were given by local therapist only. After 3 or 4 sessions I told Mrs. Anju to fix a appointment with Dermat so that the next course of action could be decided as there was no improvement found. I am working in a bank hence I visit VLCC only on Sunday or 2nd/4th Saturday but on these days Dermat does not come to VLCC as she used to visit VLCC only from Monday to Thursday in the morning hours. In this way, I could never meet again with Dr. Bushra the very Dermat who examined me before taking the treatment package.

(c) When I insisted on meeting with Dr. Bushra, Mrs. Anju told me that one more dermat will be visiting soon from Mumbai, I will fix your appointment with her. On this I agreed and decided to wait till she comes from Mumbai. On her visit, I have not been informed hence I could not meet with the Dermat from Mumbai. After some days I made a query again, on this Mrs, Anju told me that she visited for very short period of time, we had a long queue and she left very early, but no worries she will be visiting again very soon. This time you will be definitely called to meet with Dermat. I again agreed to wait, when the Dermat visited from Mumbai, I was given a slot between 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM, I reached the centre at around 6.15 PM and I have been told by Mrs. Anju that she just left the centre as she has to go early. Here, I would like to mention, as Mrs. Anju was aware of all the arrival and departure plans of Dermat then why this thing had not been communicated to me, this shows complete insincerity on part of Mrs. Anju. Apart from this, she put a whatsapp status also mentioning the timing of arrival and departure of Dermat, on that status also it was mentioned till 7.00 PM which made me more sure about my meeting slot.

(d) This was the second time when I could not met with Dermat and the local Dermat was also not available. Then I decided I will stop all treatments from VLCC and told Mrs. Anju to refund the amount for the remaining sessions of my treatment which is around Rs.19, 595.00 (excluding the GST). On this, Mrs. Anju told that she will not refund the amount, instead you take any other products of VLCC. I said that I don't need any product or service from VLCC except my amount. On this Mrs. Anju denied the refund.

2. In view of the above, I request you to look into the matter with concern and initiate the proceedings for the refund. Refund is very much possible as the price was quoted for per session treatment. As per discussion with Mrs. Anju the amount left for remaining sessions is Rs. 19, 595.00 excluding GST.

3. Such type of negligence and insincerity for facial treatments is not at all expected from VLCC. Kindly pass the instructions for refund.
