Good Day, I am Dr. Sabah Khan, a regular client of VLCC New Friends Colony since almost 20 years, since it was only 1 -2 km from my office and home respectively. This year after renewal of some of my slimming, beauty and hair packages we were informed that the NFC center is closing down and all our packages have been shifted to Greater Kailash M Block. To visit this location I have to free at least 3 hours. Initially in July and August I had to return 3 times after confirmation of time and date without availing the services because they forgot to book according to my time. It was than decided to give me a fixed day and time. That is Saturday, 2:30 PM. However, on 15th October, It was preponed to 2:00 PM and when I reached on time, I had to wait for more than half hour. I was angry since I had to rush from an important meeting to be on time and thus I just got up to leave and met Pratibha, the Manager. She pacified me and I took the session and hair treatment, However, later she came to me and said although I am an old client but now I have become rude and am not able to control my anger. My point is that earlier, 2-3 times she was aware I was sent back without taking the Ayurvedic session because someone forgot to book the time/some other client wanted that slot. She just told me Ma'am its ok, next time you can take or you may go shopping. I drive 12 Km to be told sorry your slot given to someone else and not supposed to get angry. I request you to to refund the remaining sessions of mine and about Rs25000 of my family card.

I had taken 10 sessions of Anti Acne treatment (which included 5 peels and 5 facials ) and 10 sessions of Slimming programme which 20 sessions in March 2021.
At the time of booking i was told by the VLCC folks that the packages are transferable to whichever city VLCC is located
The sessions were on halt due to covid situation.
Now due to work reasons i have moved to noida but VLCC Mulund is reluctant to change or transfer...

As advised by your professional Ms. Suchitra at VLCC vani Vihar Bhubaneswar, I have paid an Amount of Rs. 22, 381.00 on 22.05.2022 for harmony laser pigmentation treatment. Until now, the treatment has not been started. I have visited many times during this period, but on my last visit on 10.09.2022 I was told that the treatment had not started due to the machine not working.

I have made a complaint to customer care but no such response was given to me when treatment will start, even Ms. Suchitra also making false promises. Therefore, I request you to please arrange to refund the paid fee to my below mention account:

At VLCC, once you pay yearly membership fees, offers they give to other customers are not applicable to members! N I m having tough time fighting with them

I have paid 50k for termoslim got 2 sessions no one telling me how does it work like and when i am getting results and ... And currently i am going under health issues can't do termoslim ...
I am calling them from so Many days telling them that cut the price of sessions and other gives me back or atleast give me or provide it that into beauty treatments but now they are avoiding my calls ND all things...this is really bad of you ...
I already have heard your slimming treatments is bad still I choose to trust you and you vlcc doing this to me...

Hi, I ordered a detan and Whiteglow sunscreen from VLCC from Amazon.Its color changed red within a week and smells bad. I Want refund for this product. Waste of money.

I paid for dark circle treatment in March, 2022 at VLCC Sharjah. My first first session for lactic peel went wrong because DR. Hanan while cleaing off the chemical from my eyes used wrong way and the chemical went inside my eyes, I started screaming and rushed to wash basin to wash my eyes. I immediately went to reception and complained, the receptionist Anum did not accept it and kept on continously saying she is a very good doctor and she cannot do that, I asked the receptionist to call your manager, the manger Ms. Ritu when came took it so easy and paid no attention to my complain.
I told them I will not continue my session with Dr.Hanan, I want to be treated by another dermatologist. When I called again to book my appointment the receptionist did not give me appointment as per her another dermatologist Dr. Lina visits only on Sunday, so I managed to match my off days from work and asked the receptionist to book for Sundays only, initially she booked but one day before the session she calls and says Dr. Lina doesn't visit the center, the next time she said Dr. Lina is sick, and this is going on with lame excuses since the month of May. I paid 4280 for the dark circles treatment and I am not getting it. I am asking for refund they are not giving me my money back. I have been in conversation with Ms. Hind and as per her managers are not approving my refund.
As per them now sharjah branch is closed due to maintenance, luckily I went to visit the sharjah branch and saw no maintenance going on there instead its closed with red stickers there, they have kept on lying and they are not returning my money back nor giving any treatment.
I also started doing laser hair removal beginning this year, my session is due this month, I was promised for appointment booked for 05Monday22, till now I'm waiting no one booked my appointment or called me.
VLCC is taking money and not giving the service. I want my money back
I would suggest everyone don't book your services with VLCC.
Also the managers are pathetic
They are only after collecting money
No one cares about customers.
I want the solution of my matter urgently.

I am writing this to lodge a complaint against your centre in Anand, Gujarat. I went in for a complete laser hair removal treatment at the CENTER in 2020.
The worst mistake of my life was to agree to the verbal commitment given by Ms. Prakruti Chaubey. I paid the entire amount upfront - Rs. 63, 000/-

First of all, we agreed on including the entire body for the treatment. Then while taking the session my posterior part was always left out, until very late when I told them that they haven't begun the treatment there.

The person involved in my sessions kept changing repeatedly due to some internal politics. I was affected by Covid for three times since the treatment began, of which I had informed them immediately. However, they are now using this as a reason for the lack of results saying that Covid increases hair growth !!! No study in the world suggests this side effect ! I agree that some times I had to get the appointments rescheduled due to work commitments. But most of the times the rescheduling happened from your end.

Not to mention the attitude of the staff that leaves no chance to mock the fact that I have more hair. They feel I don't understand Gujarati as I speak to them in Hindi. And they say all kinds of ### assuming the client doesn't understand. You are a wellness company who have clients coming to you to reduce their own bodily insecurities and this is how we are treated ! The thought of going back into the centre and undergoing the treatment gives me anxiety attacks now. It's a demeaning experience.

Later I was pitched a skin lightening treatment to get better results in some areas! How convenient for you to realize so many sessions later that my skin was too dark in some areas to get any results.

I was told that the poor results were my fault and they are obliging me with 3 extra sessions, post which I'll have to pay extra to get results! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF THIS EXTRA AMOUNT WHEN I BEGAN THE TREATMENT. I AM BEING ASKED FOR Rs. 15, 000/- extra now for 3 more sessions !!! What is this harassment ???
I was told that 8 sessions later I'll have to take maintenance sessions once a year to get rid of a little hair growth here and there.

And in the middle of all of this, they expect to get referrals out of me!

I haven't waxed or shaved in 2 years and now I am left with only 20% reduction in body hair. Plus I now have more facial hair than ever before !

My episode with VLCC, Anand is nothing less than a big fraud and I am really frustrated with the entire ordeal. Not to mention the stress I face while dealing with my insecurities all thanks to the shabby treatment at VLCC and the poor results from the treatment.

I am writing this mail in the hope that your CUSTOMER care isn't as hopeless as your CENTER in Anand and I will get some justice. Or else, I will be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court for the ill-treatment that I have faced.

Hi, I am sorry to say that the VLCC beauty service at HSR Bangalore is really pathetic. My experience has been terrible. I had take a package of Rs 3600/- the hair stylist - Prashant did such a bad hair cut & is very in professional. I requested him to trim or cut my hair by 1/2 inch & he has cut 5-6 inches & spoilt my entire hair & made the haircut so bad. Very unprofessional guy & company. I advise everyone not to visit VLCC HSR for a hair cut.

I have been a loyal customer of VLCC Sector V branch ( Branch Magr Swagata Mukherjee & Debashree Saha) since last 8 yrs, I have multiple beauty packages running with that centre, offlet it has been observed that they provide very unprofessional services.. I had booked a hair treatment called Quadra which was serviced by a slimming therapist not a hair professional, as a result I lost a lot of hair, after multiple requests they have given me one more therapy. Also they are not transparent about any policy changes like I have not informed that I can't use paid packages before October'22. This is a formal complaint I would like to get back the money of all my pending services

I had online order the product of vlcc from vlccperaonal.com on 19 august which order details was given on my mail id but order has not received yet. Regarding the order delivery enquiry lots of time I have call to customer care but they only tell that your number will be given to patna office but no one call and customer care do not give the proper answer i had also sent the written complain from my id to ordersvlccpersonal.com but no reply had come yet.
For ur reference I attached my order copy in complain.

A big fraud has been done in the name of Coolsculpting, there is zero result. Promised for at-least 30% result by VLCC Centre Model Town, Delhi. During the treatment it was assured that they will do again if zero result. Treatment taken for patient Nitika Pandiya having mobile no. [protected]. I have taken 5 sittings of laser till now there is no reduction on my body hairs. All my harmonal test is normal, which reports i showed them, whole body Laser completed in 1 hour even though I am a healthy person and my height is 5 feet 1 inch, The four sitting of starting were very painful, There is no response anywhere except the legs 10 to 2o percent response was shown on the legs.

I have one sitting left, please provide me extra sitting and which will not be charged and in that I should get response

I already paid 59, 999/ rupees
Do something fair and good for me.

I had opted for the head to toe service at VLCC which includes hair spa, pedicure, medicure, half legs, arms and underarms waxing, full face threading and facial
There was so much confusion about the service provided and they do not follow what they tell on the phone
If they agree to follow, the person who is providing the service inside tells she can’t do it
After all this they provided me the worst service for my waxing, pedicure and facial
No changes after pedicure and facial in my legs or the face. She over cut my nails during pedicure and applied the nail polish very badly without a base coat or upper coat.
Even in Waxing she wasn’t gentle and the worst is there is still hair in my hand.
Worst service I have ever come across. Kindly do the needfUl

I visited VLCC for weight loss treatment. They gave me an offer of 36000 RS for full treatment. I requested that I will pay in 2 installments but they told me as I got discounted offer so I have to pay all the amount in advance. I have paid 5000 RS in advance and took 1 day time to arrange the remaining amount. The next day I visited them and got 1 session of treatment and tried doing the payment from my credit card but it didn't happen as my credit card didn't allow me to do that high payment. I requested that let me look for other alternatives. I spoke to customer care and asked them to allow me to do payment but due to high transactions, they didn't allow me. I have updated the same to VLCC and asked for the suggestion but from that time onwards they stop responding to my calls and messages. I have paid 5000 RS in advance. I want my money back

I have taken the service on 19 June 2022 ...No satisfactory result I have got. It starts fading within 3-4Days and in 2months..No Keratin effect it is showing. It was told minimum 3months it will stay then the effect gradually fade . But in 2months completely..no keratin effect is there on my hair...Completely frizzy...

I have visited VLCC beauty salon today. It's the worst service that I've experienced in my life time seriously. My service was blowdry. The guy doesn't even know how to wash hair, he is not trained at all. He didn't even wash properly. And worst part is you should see the towel that was used, that looked like a waste cloth literally. Didn't expect this at all from VLCC. This needs to be resolved. I need the team to contact me immediately & compensate on this.

I'm not satisfied with the vlcc services. today after taking appointment I went there with my husband for his hair prp and my melasma laser treatment but there is no one who can collect blood for prp even Dr. is unable to take blood and for my laser treatment she said this time You should go with a chemical peel, will fix an appointment for a laser. This VLCC branch has very unprofessional staff.
In chemical peel dr apply yellow peel without cleansing my face and said wash it off after 1 hr. Earlier I had yellow peel done in another clinic for melasma, he told me to keep it for 5-6 hours.
I have paid 56, 600 for the skin treatment in which include 4-4 sessions of chemical peels, prp and laser.
for consultation a center head present there who is not a dermatologist she didn't tell me that she not a dr, she said my melasma will be 100% disappear with the treatment but after one session one of dermatologist in the branch said that only 50% fade with the treatment. They misguided me now i want to my money back, I'm not satisfied with the treatment.
Today I went there after appointment for laser but there is no Dr available for the same and center incharge didn't receive my call.
