This is to bring to your attention that I have been cheated by VLCC Palam Vihar for INR 40000 and now facing stress agony these days
I had availed long term packages from VLCC Palam Vihar Gurgaon Branch in the month of March 2023
Now suddenly VLCC has closed its Palam Vihar branch and all its near by branches without any information to the customers
A new center by the name of Value Wellness has opened at its earlier VLCC Palam Vihar place and my VLCC file has been sold to them without my knowledge and consent. I feel this is a serious threat to my personal well being and information, which happened at the behest of VLCC. They are trying to extort money from me if I need to continue my services with Value Wellness.
VLCC has failed to transition the customer and service transition from its Palam Vihar branch to any of its branch with any consent of the customer
VLCC is not responding to the emails which are being shared to their officlal email id [protected]@vlccwellness.com
As a Indian Resident, I have been cheated by VLCC and need justice
