VLCC — Family card refund

Dear Team,
Request you to refund my amount of Rs 35400
One dispute transaction happened from my credit card few days back I visited to the ghaziabad VLCC centre to avail my existing beauty service
They asked me to avail the new family card cost 30000+gst
I asked them to confirm EMI option through my icici credit card then one employee from centre asked me to give my credit card to him to check the EMI amount instead of confirming the EMI he swiped my credit card and gave the EMI slip and I was shocked to see that my amount was debited from my credit card without my confirmation I also confirmed the employee that I do not have much fund to pay the amount also I haven’t avail any service from that family card
Now,
I request to please refund my amount as soon as possible as its not possible for me to pay the amount.
