Dear Sir/mam I took admission in vlcc institute kalka ji delhi on 09/12/2020 and i paid 50k . They told me on admission time classes will be start very soon after some days they said from 29 dec.But due some family issue i will not able join the course . For that i called to institute explain my problem and asked for my fee refund of 50k. But they are saying we dont have any refund policy. They denying to refund and making excuses. I will not able to join the classes so why should i pay 50k simply i am asking for my money which i paid. Even they are saying We can not refund if you will not join your classes fee will be zero.they gave two days time but that also passed no response. vlcc is reputed company i didn't expect they will behave like this. VLCC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 27, 2020 Updated by Hema97 I faced Very rude behaviour from institute of kalka ji

hello, I'm Susmita Thapa, I have recently took admission in Vlcc Institute, Howrah and they told us that the classes will start soon so we did paid them more than half of the fees at the exact time but they are giving excuses now about not starting classes and I can't trust them anymore, I want refund and I don't want to do classes under them. They've been ignoring my messages and calls. I want full refund and an apology.
