[Resolved] VLCC — bad service and customer care | |||
So here it goes. After spending 1.5l in coolsculpting followed by massage for 6months thrice a week i got zero result so i was requested to do the coolsculpting again which was done by the head jeetmala and later followed by a massage for 3 months. Zero result. I had to ask for my refund but no response. After struggling for months and breaking my head and chasing them finally they said they will give me 6 full body laser against my fees i paid for coolsculpting of rs.1.5l + traveling for massages coz there was no result. I agreed. Now the worst is for every laser appointment i have to again chase them, follow up for months then i get one appointment.in laser i got horrible experience with the laser technician as i ended up in burn and one couldn't even shave properly. So someone from bandra branch was arranged. Now again it's been more than 2 months but vlcc not giving appointment. Shame is that they blocked my number and every person stopped replying. People i faced are :- Mary, aman - who claims they are head of vlcc Jeetmala - who claims to be the head of coolsculpting Komal - who now moved to bandra vlcc centre. Parul - andheri east, centre manager Gurmeet - andheri east, centre coordinator. Pls don't waste ur time and money. Vlcc specifically andheri east is not professional. They will welcome u as a client but no service once u become a client. I ended up spending more than rs.2l with zero result and still struggling. Was this information helpful? | |||
