[Resolved] Vlcc Health Care / Wellness — lack of quality of service, no professionalism, no complaint register available at centres

Complaint: i enrolled for full leg laser for 6+1 sessions
Even after 3 sessions, the results were negligible (As i have already done laser for other body parts from other service provider, i know the quality of results after each session). During the first 2 sessions, i was told that the effects would be drastically visible after 3 sessions and i was told to be patient till then and get hormonal test done and parellely give a good feedback for the meantime as the bad results could be because of hormonal imbalance. I had told them that if harmonies were an issue, results with other service providers couldnt be good. But still i got the tests worth 3k and the test results were fine. But even after the 3 sessions when i had results equivalent to 1 session (Along with clear results for hormonal test), i was upset. When i reached the aundh center, pune at the time for my next session appointment, i was told to wait for almost 45 min because the doctor had taken out of turn appointment. On being asked for a complaint register at the center for bad results and lack of professionalism, i was told that the center has misplaced the complaint register. My 4th session was reasonably ok in terms of result of 1 session. But again for my next session, i am not getting an appointment. The centers do not have laser machine for half the month (Which was not told during the time of enrollment). The doctor told me that she would check the schedule diary and get back to me in 2 days to cater for my next appointment as i was of of town for my marriage preparation. I did not receive a call back for almost a month. Now when i call the other center (Bhandarkar road, pune), the one with the laser machine for the remaining month, i am told that they will ask the doctor to call back. I have been calling them continuously since 5 days and no call received.
Out of my 7 sessions my 5 sessions (Including the upcoming one) are already wasted either due to no results or due to delay in appointments (N number of reasons provided by your staff). I have paid 30 k for these sessions. This is not less that a money that one can ignore such kind of a behavior.
