VLCC — non rendering of services against package on full payment of amount | |||
On 2.2.2019 i enrolled for Weight loss services package with VLCC Dwarka Sector-11. I signed up for my package payment by financing through Bajaj Finserv. My patient Id: A1632258. On 3.2.2019 i had my first consultation and received my diet plan. on 9.2.2019 i received the second plan. Despite it being 15 days, there was no progress in my weight loss and i asked to consult with their doctor/gynae. but i was told that she is only available on saturdays and that i would be contacted by the doctor for a discussion. 10 more days passed and nobody contacted me. When i contacted the centre again, i was told to come visit the doctor on next saturday. Meanwhile i was not prescribed any new diet and my progress was not monitored. Subsequently on 9.3.2019 the said Gynae/doctor consultation happened and i was prescribed three medical tests. i got the same done and submitted reports the next weekend. But my reports were not checked for another 15 days. i repeatedly contacted them but nobody listened to me. then in April i received a message the centre is closed due to renovation and shall open soon. Its been two months since that but centre is closed. The manager of VLCC said she has quit job and cant help. Nobody picks centre phones. I have made written complaints vide emails on 18.05.2019, 25.5.2019 and 2.6.2019 but have no replies to my emails. my instalments are cut regularly from Bajaj Finserv and i am losing out on my money. please help and return our full money : 30680 plus compensation (3000 charges of medical tests plus cost of harassment 10000) = 43680 Was this information helpful? | |||
