[Resolved] Vlcc Health Care / Wellness — session denied

It's the third time i have been denied the session, last two times reason cited was they don't have the concerned person to do tummy tuck, this time they say you don't have a prior appointment. Agree i haven't taken specific time appointment, though i have already conveyed over call last time and in person multiple times that i will come for a session only on saturdays between 12.30 -1. 30 pm. This the service i am getting after eating vlcc as 5 on google and live testimony on facebook. Seems a waste of time and money.
