This is to notify despite of a written application agreed to that is as proof of documentation still Ms.Debjani from VLCC, siliguri has not cancelled the course. Very uprofessional way to work .there also has been no further responses. Now this time I ll be forced to take a legal action which. Will instead spoil the name of the VLCC as an institute not the staff working there so VLCC should relly do something abt it. Where I have not even asked for refund want to cancel this piece of ### course

One of my friend studying vlccc institute, Ranjit avenue, b block, shopping complex Amritsar. The behaviour of the teachers are not appropriate especially Jasleen Mam. She always behave rudely and wrong way with the students.

One of my friend study their but the behaviour of staff is not appropriate especially Jasleen Mam. It’s a long time still they behave rudely with the students.

I am the local guardian of a candidate named Ms.Nikita Koirala, in the siliguri Pranami mandir VLCC branch. I have spoken to the concerned HR Ms.Debjani to understand the procedure to get a refund of the course or to put on hold for further notice to get the same course cancelled. However there's been no positive response.
I would like to speak with highest authorised management authority who can pls help me with this.

My course is advanced diploma in cosmotology ..
It was just 8 months course..

Mujhe 2 year 6 months approx ho chuke h vlcc se course kiye hue.. or abhi bhi mera airbrush makeup pending h... Last 2 years se classes ki depend kr rhi hu ..fr bhi classes provide nhi kr rhe h.. or upar se certificate block kiya hua h mera... Or Jab vlcc insititute m ja kar bat kro to .. misbehave krte h or vaha ki HOI kehte h jo krna h krlo ja k.. ..
Humne koi galati ki h jo vlcc se course start kiya h.. 1lakh 50 thousand pay kiya h vaha pe mene.. or ussi ki vajah se classes demand kr rhi hu.. illiterate & dismannered staff of vlcc patiala

I'm highly dissatisfied with the staff service and the results they have offered and results on my skin . No one of them is reachable and providing me resolution to this. Poor level of service. Need immediate resolution or I'll have to take serious action on this.

I am a student of vlcc institute kotkapura (Dist faridkot).in this institute i paid all fees of course (Adc+ pmu) after receiving money they did not provide me certificate... I m worried about my certificate.. I need certificate as soon as possible. I request the headoffice.. Plz issue my certificate as soon as possible.. Thank you.

I paid 30000 to vlcc institute branch pitampura for the course of diploma in cosmetology. Total fee was 72000. But i didn't join because family problem i need to go back my home town. Before leaving i asked sushma (Vlcc staff to whom i paid 30000) that if i didn't join then will i get refund and she said yes you will refund. Now i came back and asking them for refund but are they are not listening me and ignoring my emails.

I have payment receipt with me and sent many email to [protected]@vlccwellness.com, institute. [protected]@vlccwellness.com with attached payment receipt but didn't get any reply.

Please advise.

My name is ramanjeet kaur and joined vlcc institute on july 26th, 2017 in bathinda, pb bearing enrolement no. Sam/inf123/00056. I selected course adc+amu courses for (08+02 = 10 month). I deposited my all fees as asked me of rs. 95, 000/-. But the institute was unable to start the course, they didn’t have products for 3-4 months and teaching staff also not well educated and didn’t gave proper skilled response. Everytime they were sayig when full strength of students will come then they will start. They took seven months to complete only basic part of skin out of 08 month course. After laps of time period they avoid to give proper response of our visiting and so many calls to institute head who were changes month by month and md named dharmesh. So i would request you to give me certificate for my courses either feasible or transfer my balance money which i paid in your institute.

I have done pmu with 70 mm course form vlcc dwarka and i have cleared the assessment and the company send me job offer letter of rs 20000 pm but ms tuhina sinha don't want me to join vlcc as a teacher not only this she insults me and rudly said me to search my outside vlcc. I have paid 122000 to vlcc for my course. The area head ms tuhina sinha spoil my whole career. Kindly solve the matter.

As all we know vlcc training institute are one of the best learning institute of india. Vlcc is known for the quality of ambience, trainning, faculty, the
Latest technology and freindly learning atmosphere. But it is very sad to write you that one of your institute is totally oppossite of the reality. No faculty,
If any one have their behaviour is rude, totally dependent on intern faculty. The courses not completed within the timeline. All furniture are old or broken,
Ac not working properly. No satisfactory reply by the administration. The products which are used for training most of the time are short or not working properly.
If we suggest or complaint for the betterment of institute, no action taken even the behaviour of the faculty become rude and partiality behaviour shown.
This is the vlcc institute in dehradun opposite mehant indresh hospital.
Kindly take the strict action against this institute otherwise it will harm the reputation of vlcc across india. The condition of the institute already documented by
Us. If no improvement shown by the hiarchy then we have to show the real picture of institute in our groups. We also quit from the institute and never advice anyone
To join the same if their will be no improvement.
So kindly consider as a suggestion for the betterment of the vlcc institute of dehradun.

After glycolic peel package acne scars not lighten up so dr rashida at vlcc clinic vikhroli west suggested me microneeding. So arranged my meeting with dr rinku who is visiting dermat suggested don't do plain microneedling do gold microneedling. Same day in the month of june 19 i paid 15000/- for 2 sitting and first session arranged in the month of july. Before treatment dr rashida applied zialap cream for skin numbing which burned my skin she called her dermat dr manisha who was luckily available at clinic on thursday, that day i came to know that dr rashida is not a dermatologist. Dr manisha told her to apply fusibate and continued with session. Dr rashida said me that your skin shows reaction to zialap which will go in 3-4 days.. When after 3-4 days red marks turned to black patches she called dr manisha who told me to apply momate for 1 week. When after 1 week also black patches not lighten up dr manisha told me to apply skin light cream due to which black patches become more darker then dr rashida suggested me again glycolic peel for burned skin.. Then i visited dr tvacha clinic for 2nd opinion where dr told we never do peel on burned skin then i realised that vlcc giving wrong treatment they are doing business for money only. So i called vlcc where dr rashida said ok then i will arrange laser treatment for burned skin, you come in next week when dr manisha is available at clinic. I am so shocked with ans what they are giving when i took package dr manisha was not in picture but when my skin burned she started giving me excuses come on thursday wait for 5 days. I personally visited clinic on 27th of july as dr rashida said she is on leave for next 3-4 days. When i visited clinic for refund 2 new lady met me and said that our regional head will call you for refund as refund is impossible. How refund is impossible what they think we are fool to trust them again. My skin burned for which they don't have any concern doing skin treatment without consulting of dermatologist is also against law. Now 3 days back when i called dr rashida after one ring my phone disconnected so i called clinic where staff said me that she left the job now she is not staff of vlcc and our regional head will call you tomorrow. Still i didn't get any call from vlcc. So today again i called and again one more fake answer from vlcc that regional head is on leave. Please do fast action against vlcc. It is very frustrating as i started treatment for acne scars but vlcc ruined my face.

I have registered as a customer with vlcc kuwait 6 months ago and i have had the worst experience ever. Every single visit has been a dissapointment and i really need to bring this to your notice. The hr manager mahmoud, the salmiya branch manager safa have been informed of every issue of my visit to vlcc and there has been no initiative to fix or improve the concerned issues. Kindly please look into the matter as these concerns/complains...

My name is jawala i have done my advance certificate course by vlcc but last 3 month miss nikita and mr rajesh forced to me for 3rd level of hair but i didnt want to take this course but they both forced to me and told me that u will have to join this course otherwise we will not give u certificate and i said to mr rajesh i will complaint to the police and he told me that 1000 case pending on vlcc and nothing can do and i had to join this course and my first installment 5000 and 3rd level 5000 and total 1000 per month installment on bajaj card and now days i am so tired pls help me pls pls pls

My spouse completed a course (Chemical Peel & Microdermabrasion) at VLCC, Adyar branch, Chennai in 2016. It has been 3 yrs since then but the institute has not issued the course completion certificate. I have been following up multiple times on a constant basis but the institute is unable to issue the certificate. There is no complaints forum at VLCC and I really do not want to go to consumer court as I want to avoid further delays.

I'm purnima mrs gucha marketing specialist of black wellness center degrading has given me fake information about cool cups while convinsing me for do that she said 5-6 inchea will be loose after that it has not result nothing will be loose she had sad if our waist is 30 it become 24 -25 but it had no result nothing will be loose but now i'm feeling badly cheated by him and foolish, please do something either my money will be back or do that his commitment will be acomplished

I won't recommend vlcc institute to anyone because the metaphor 'hathi ke daant khane ke kuch or dikhane ke kuch or' perfectly suits to them. don't even dare to go to their institute because they perfectly knows how manipulate someone's mind, I mean they can even easily make my father to join their institute even when he doesn't know much about this field. they are this much manipulative people. they won't provide you any kind of placement this is just ### and nothing else, even if they ever sent someone to any kind of interview that would be just for sales job (inke liye placement ka matlab h kisi dhaabe mein bhi tumhari job lagwa do). total waste of money don't even think about wasting your time and money over here. I'm not from any kind of rivals and bla bla bla, I've studied here and I am very disappointed from my experience.
they never fulfil their words. at the time of admission they will manipulate you to take a full package but at the time of interview or placement they will ask you to if you should have shown interest in only one field like hair, makeup or skin.
so don't ever waste your money on this potty institute.

I had opted for family card in 2014 from VLCC with beauty services worth 45000 rs with life time validity. I stay near vasna road in vadodara and the Vlcc centre was also in vasna
The franchise of Vlcc at vasna got closed and we were not intimated and there was services worth approx 13000 rs pending and no dues on pending services are cleared.
We repeatedly got in touch with Mr Sachin Mane for past 6-7 months who used to run the centre.
He repeatedly gave assurances to reimburse amount eq to pending services but never turned back. now he stopped picking calls. we have all his chat messages with us.
I tried calling customer service number too [protected] but the phone keeps us busy and then gets disconnected. ALso once call was picked up by Ms Mehek, when i started explaining, she started mentioning i cannot hear and disconnected the call. Perhaps i anticipate she could realise it was a complaint and so the behaviour.
On multiple service offers of VLCC on facebook, i wrote my disappointment but no one turned off.
The client no mentioned on my family card is Cl1500095, ISSUED ON 25.7.2014.
i NEED YOUR HELP AND JUSTICE TO clear my dues on pending services from VLCC. when they want clients they keep on calling with offers and when customers try reaching them they are not responding, its one way business with no customer care for VLCC. I expect that this forum will help and do needful at earliest.

I bought two above products but when i opened products at home. Cleansing milk was 1/4 in bottle and anti aging serum bottle was all empty. When i visited at vlcc to complaint about this. The behaviour of staff was very unprofessional and way of talking was very cheap. To see their behaviour i requested them to refund my money back and gave their products back. They kept my products and dint give my refund. They noted down my number and said they will revert me within week. After few days i made a phone call to them but they spoke very harsh to me that "one week to hua nhi abi. Wait kro"after saying that she cut the call.2day 1 week is past but i dint get any call. Please help me to refund my money and initiate compensation for their bad behaviour and harrassment so that they never try to harras next person.

I am a student of vlccinstitute vaishali and my student id is sam/inf102/00256. I have done ddhn course from vlcc. I had submitted my internship report on 18th december 2018. But have not received my certificate yet. It just takes 30 working days to get the certificate. But in my case it has been more than 80 days and i have not yet received any update from their side. I call the faculty ms preeti gupta but she did not respond to my calls. And i have a doubt that she has not processed my certificate yet... Please look into the matter.
